The ADM7150 is a low dropout linear regulator that operates from 4.5 V to 16 V and provides up to 800 mA of output current. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, they provide high power supply rejection, low noise, and achieve excellent line and loadtransient response with a 10 μF ceramic output capacitor.The ADM7150 is available in 1.8 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V and 5.0 V fixed output. 16 fixed output voltages between 1.5 V and 5.0 V are available upon request.The ADM7150 regulator typical output noise is 1.0 μVrms from 100Hz to 100KHz for fixed output voltage options and <1.7nV/√Hz noise spectral density above 10 KHz. The ADM7151 is a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operates from 4.5 V to 16 V and provides up to 800 mA of output current. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, it provides high power supply rejection (>90 dB from 1 kHz to 1 MHz), ultralow noise (1.7 nV√Hz from 10 kHz to 1 MHz), and excellent line and load transient response with a 10 μF ceramic output capacitor. The output voltage can be set to any voltage between 1.5 V and 5.1 V with two resistors.The ADM7151 is available in two models that optimize power dissipation and PSRR performance as a function of input and output voltage. The ADP2311 is a fully integrated, dual output, synchronous step-down dc-to-dc regulator. The regulator operates from input voltages of 4.5 V to 18 V, and the output can regulate down to 0.6 V. Each channel can provide up to 1 A of continuous output current.The ADP2311 integrates the high-side and low-side MOSFETs to provide a very high efficiency, compact solution. Both channels of the regulator run at 180° out of phase to reduce the input ripple current and the input capacitor size, thereby helping to lower system electromagnetic interference (EMI). The ADP2311 also integrates internal compensation and soft start circuitry to simplify the design.An on-chip watchdog timer can reset the microprocessor if it fails to strobe within a preset timeout period. The ADP2384 is a synchronous, step-down dc-to-dc regulator with an integrated 44 mΩ, high-side power MOSFET and an 11.6 mΩ, synchronous rectifier MOSFET to provide a high efficiency solution in a compact 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package. This device uses a peak current mode, constant frequency pulse-width modulation (PWM) control scheme for excellent stability and transient response. The switching frequency of the ADP2384 can be programmed from 200 kHz to 1.4 MHz. To minimize system noise, the synchronization function allows the switching frequency to be synchronized to an external clock.The ADP2384 requires minimal external components and operates from an input voltage of 4.5 V to 20 V. The output voltage can be adjusted from 0.6 V to 90% of the input voltage and delivers up to 4 A of continuous current. Each IC draws less than 120 μA current from the input source when it is disabled.This regulator targets high performance applications that require high efficiency and design flexibility. External compensation and an adjustable soft start function provide design flexibility.
