Designed for space-critical applications, the ADR525 / ADR530 / ADR550 are high precision shunt voltage references, housed in ultrasmall SC70 and SOT-23-3 packages. These references feature low temperature drift of 40 ppm/°C, an initial accuracy of better than ±0.2%, and ultralow output noise of 18 μVP-P.Available in output voltages of 2.5 V, 3.0 V, and 5.0 V, the advanced design of the ADR525 / ADR530 / ADR550 eliminates the need for compensation by an external capacitor, yet the references are stable with any capacitive load. The minimum operating current increases from a mere 50 μA to a maximum of 15 mA. This low operating current and ease of use make these references ideally suited for handheld, battery-powered applications.A trim terminal is available on the ADR525 / ADR530 / ADR550 to allow adjustment of the output voltage over a ±0.5% range, without affecting the temperature coefficient of the device. The ADP2302 / ADP2303 are fixed frequency, current-mode control, step-down, dc-to-dc regulators with an integrated power MOSFET. The ADP2302 / ADP2303 can run from an input voltage of 3.0 V to 20 V, which makes them suitable for a wide range of applications. The output voltage of the ADP2302 / ADP2303 can be down to 0.8 V for the adjustable version, while the fixed output version is available in preset output voltage options of 5.0 V, 3.3 V, and 2.5 V. The 700 kHz operatingfrequency allows small inductor and ceramic capacitors to be used, providing a compact solution. Current mode controlprovides fast and stable line and load transient performance. The ADP2302 / ADP2303 have integrated soft start circuitry toprevent a large inrush current at power-up. The power-good signal can be used to sequence devices that have an enable input.The precision enable threshold voltage allows the part to be easily sequenced from other input/output supplies. The ADM1066 Super Sequencer® is a configurable supervisory/ sequencing device that offers a single-chip solution for supply monitoring and sequencing in multiple-supply systems. In addition to these functions, the ADM1066 integrates a 12-bit ADC and six 8-bit voltage output DACs. These circuits can be used to implement a closed-loop margining system that enables supply adjustment by altering either the feedback node or reference of a dc-to-dc converter using the DAC outputs. Supply margining can be performed with a minimum of external components. The ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are precision 10.0 V, 5.0 V, 2.5 V, and 3.0 V, respectively, band gap voltage references featuring high accuracy, high stability, and low power consumption. The SOIC version of the ADR01, ADR02, and ADR03 are drop-in replacements1 to the industry-standard REF01, REF02, and REF03. The small footprint and wide operating range make the ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 references ideally suited for general-purpose and space-constrained applications.With an external buffer and a simple resistor network, the TEMP pin can be used for temperature sensing and approximation. The LTC4222 Hot Swap™ controller allows two power paths to be safely inserted and removed from a live backplane. Using external N-channel pass transistors, board supply voltages and inrush currents are ramped up at an adjustable rate. An I2C interface and on-board ADC allows for monitoring of current, voltage and fault status for each channel. The device features adjustable, analog, foldback current limit circuits and a Soft-Start circuit that sets the dI/dt of the inrush currents. An I2C interface may configure the part to latch off or automatically restart after the LTC4222 detects a fault on either channel. The ADP1046A is a flexible, digital secondary side controller designed for ac-to-dc and isolated dc-to-dc secondary sideapplications. The ADP1046A is pin-compatible with theADP1043A and offers several enhancements and new features,including voltage feedforward and improved loop response to maximize efficiency.The ADP1046A is optimized for minimal component count,maximum flexibility, and minimum design time. Featuresinclude local and remote voltage sense, primary and secondary side current sense, digital pulse-width modulation (PWM)generation, current sharing, and redundant OrFET control. The control loop digital filter and compensation terms are integrated and can be programmed over the I2C interface.
