The AD7314 is a complete temperature monitoring system in an 8-pin µSOIC package. It contains a bandgap temperature sensor and 10-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature reading to a resolution of 0.25ºC. The AD7314 has a flexible serial interface that allows easy interfacing to most microcontrollers. The interface is compatible with SPI, QSPI™ and MICROWIRE™ protocol and is also compatible with DSPs. It is pin compatible with the Dallas DS1722 part.The part features a standby mode, which is controlled via the serial interface. The AD7314 has a supply voltage range of +2.65 V to +2.9 V. Having a very low supply current and SPI compatible interface, the AD7314 is ideal for a variety of applications, including personal computers, office equipment and domestic appliances.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD7314 has an on-chip temperature sensor that allows an accurate measurement of the ambient temperature. The ADT7410 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor in anarrow SOIC package. It contains a band gap temperature referenceand a 13-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature to a0.0625°C resolution. The ADC resolution, by default, is set to13 bits (0.0625°C). This can be changed to 16 bits (0.0078°C) bysetting Bit 7 in the configuration register (Register Address 0x03).The ADT7410 is guaranteed to operate over supply voltages from2.7 V to 5.5 V. Operating at 3.3 V, the average supply current is typically210 μA. The ADT7410 has a shutdown mode that powersdown the device and offers a shutdown current of typically 2 μA.The ADT7410 is rated for operation over the −55°C to +150°Ctemperature range.Pin A0 and Pin A1 are available for address selection, giving theADT7410 four possible I2C addresses. The CT pin is an open-drainoutput that becomes active when the temperature exceedsa programmable critical temperature limit. The default criticaltemperature limit is 147°C. The INT pin is also an open-drainoutput that becomes active when the temperature exceeds aprogrammable limit. It measures the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock. Its high resolution (4 mg/LSB) enables measurement of inclination changes less than 1.0°.Several special sensing functions are provided. Activity and inactivitysensing detect the presence or lack of motion by comparingthe acceleration on any axis with user-set thresholds. Tap sensingdetects single and double taps in any direction. Free-fall sensingdetects if the device is falling. These functions can be mappedindividually to either of two interrupt output pins. The ADXL362 is an ultralow power, 3-axis MEMS accelerometer that consumes less than 2 μA at a 100 Hz output data rate and 270 nA when in motion triggered wake-up mode. Unlike accelerometers that use power duty cycling to achieve low power consumption, the ADXL362 does not alias input signals by undersampling; it samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates.The ADXL362 always provides 12-bit output resolution; 8-bit formatted data is also provided for more efficient single-byte transfers when a lower resolution is sufficient. Measurement ranges of ±2 g, ±4 g, and ±8 g are available, with a resolution of 1 mg/LSB on the ±2 g range. For applications where a noise level lower than the normal 550 μg/√Hz of the ADXL362 is desired, either of two lower noise modes (down to 175 μg/√Hz typical) can be selected at minimal increase in supply current.In addition to its ultralow power consumption, the ADXL362 has many features to enable true system level power reduction. It includes a deep multimode output FIFO, a built-in micropower temperature sensor, and several activity detection modes including adjustable threshold sleep and wake-up operation that can run as low as 270 nA at a 6 Hz (approximate) measurement rate. A pin output is provided to directly control an external switch when activity is detected, if desired. In addition, the ADXL362 has provisions for external control of sampling time and/or an external clock.The ADXL362 operates on a wide 1.6 V to 3.5 V supply range, and can interface, if necessary, to a host operating on a separate, lower supply voltage. ADXL367 Breakout Board

The EVAL-ADXL367Z is a simple breakout board that enables easy connection of an ADXL367 into an existing system. The ADXL367 is a nanowatt, 3-axis, digital-output accelerometer whose industry leading low power consumption and built-in features make it ideal for use in a wide variety of applications. Due to its small size, the EVAL-ADXL367Z has minimal effect on performance of the system and of the accelerometer, and thus it is ideal for evaluation of the ADXL367 in an existing system. Note that the ADXL367 must be communicated with digitally via SPI or I2C. No processor is included with the EVAL-ADXL367Z; firmware must be supplied externally by the user.
