The ADXRS290 is a high performance pitch and roll (dual-axis in-plane) angular rate sensor (gyroscope) designed for use in stabilization applications.The ADXRS290 provides an output full-scale range of ±100°/s with a sensitivity of 200 LSB/°/s. Its resonating disk sensor structure enables angular rate measurement about the axes normal to the sides of the package around an in-plane axis. Angular rate data is formatted as 16-bit twos complement and is accessible through a SPI digital interface. The ADT7311 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor in a narrow 8-lead SOIC package. It contains a band gap temperature reference and a 16-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature to a 0.0078°C resolution. The ADC resolution, by default, is set to 13 bits (0.0625°C). The ADC resolution is a user programmable mode that can be changed through the serial interface.The ADT7311 is guaranteed to operate over supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Operating at 3.3 V, the average supply current is typically 210 μA. The ADT7311 has a shutdown mode that powers down the device and offers a shutdown current of typically 2 μA. The ADT7311 is rated for operation over the −40°C to +150°C temperature range.The CT pin is an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable critical temperature limit. The default critical temperature limit is 147°C. The INT pin is also an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable limit. The TMP03/TMP04 are monolithic temperature detectors thatgenerate a modulated serial digital output that varies in directproportion to the temperature of the device. An onboard sensorgenerates a voltage precisely proportional to absolute temperaturewhich is compared to an internal voltage reference andinput to a precision digital modulator. The ratiometric encodingformat of the serial digital output is independent of the clock drifterrors common to most serial modulation techniques such asvoltage-to-frequency converters. Overall accuracy is ±1.5°C(typical) from –25°C to +100°C, with excellent transducer linearity.The digital output of the TMP04 is CMOS/TTLcompatible, and is easily interfaced to the serial inputs of mostpopular microprocessors. The open-collector output of theTMP03 is capable of sinking 5 mA. The TMP03 is best suitedfor systems requiring isolated circuits utilizing optocouplers orisolation transformers.The TMP03 and TMP04 are specified for operation at supplyvoltages from 4.5 V to 7 V. Operating from 5 V, supply current(unloaded) is less than 1.3 mA.The TMP03/TMP04 are rated for operation over the –40°C to+100°C temperature range in the low cost TO-92, SO-8, andTSSOP-8 surface mount packages. The AD22100 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. It can be operated over the temperature range -50°C to +150°C, making it ideal for use in numerous HVAC, instrumentation and automotive applications.The signal conditioning eliminates the need for any trimming, buffering or linearization circuitry, greatly simplifying the system design and reducing the overall system cost.The output voltage is proportional to the temperature times the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at -50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply.Due to its ratiometric nature, the AD22100 offers a cost effective solution when interfacing to an analog-to-digital converter. The AD22105 is a solid state thermostatic switch. Requiring only one external programming resistor, the AD22105 can be set to switch accurately at any temperature in the wide operating range of -40°C to +150°C. Using a novel circuit architecture, the AD22105 asserts an open collector output when the ambient temperature exceeds the user-programmed setpoint temperature. The AD22105 has approximately 4°C of hysteresis which prevents rapid thermal on/off cycling.The AD22105 is designed to operate on a single power supply voltage from +2.7 V to +7.0 V facilitating operation in battery powered applications as well as in industrial control systems. Because of low power dissipation (230 µW @ 3.3 V), self-heating errors are minimized and battery life is maximized.An optional internal 200 k(ohm) pull-up resistor is included to facilitate driving light loads such as CMOS inputs.Alternatively, a low power LED indicator may be driven directly.
