The ADXL213 is a low cost, low power, complete dual axis accelerometer with signal conditioned, duty cycle modulated outputs, all on a single monolithic IC. The ADXL213 measures acceleration with a full-scale range of ?1.2 g (typical). The ADXL213 can measure both dynamic acceleration (e.g., vibration) and static acceleration (e.g., gravity).The outputs are digital signals whose duty cycles (ratio of pulse width to period) are proportional to acceleration (30%/g). The duty cycle outputs can be directly measured by a microcontroller without an A/D converter or glue logic.Innovative design techniques are used to ensure high zero g bias stability (typically better than 0.25 mg/?C), as well as tight sensitivity stability (typically better than 50 ppm/?C).The typical noise floor is 160 ?g/?, allowing signals below 1 mg (0.06? of inclination) to be resolved in tilt sensing applications using narrow bandwidths (The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer usingcapacitors CX and CYM at the XFILT and YFILT pins. The ADXRS450 is an angular rate sensor (gyroscope) intended for industrial, medical, instrumentation, stabilization, and other high performance applications. An advanced, differential, quad sensor design rejects the influence of linear acceleration, enabling the ADXRS450 to operate in exceedingly harsh environments where shock and vibration are present.The ADXRS450 uses an internal, continuous self-test architecture. The integrity of the electromechanical system is checked by applying a high frequency electrostatic force to the sense structure to generate a rate signal that can be differentiated from the baseband rate data and internally analyzed.The ADXRS450 is capable of sensing angular rate of up to ±300°/sec. The ADT7310 is a high accuracy digital temperature sensor in a narrow SOIC package. It contains a band gap temperature reference and a 13-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature to a 0.0625°C resolution. The ADC resolution, by default, is set to 13 bits (0.0625 °C). This can be changed to 16 bits (0.0078 °C) by setting Bit 7 in the configuration register (Register Address 0x01).The ADT7310 is guaranteed to operate over supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Operating at 3.3 V, the average supply current is typically 210 μA. The ADT7310 has a shutdown mode that powers down the device and offers a shutdown current of typically 2 μA. The ADT7310 is rated for operation over the −55°C to +150°C temperature range.The CT pin is an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable critical temperature limit. The default critical temperature limit is 147°C. The INT pin is also an open-drain output that becomes active when the temperature exceeds a programmable limit.
