The TMP17 is a monolithic integrated circuit temperature transducer that provides an output current proportional to absolute temperature. For a wide range of supply voltages the transducer acts as a high impedance temperature dependent current source of 1 µA/K. Improved design and laser wafer trimming of the IC's thin-film resistors allows the TMP17 to achieve absolute accuracy levels and nonlinearity errors previously unattainable at a comparable price.The TMP17 can be employed in applications between -40°C to +105°C where conventional temperature sensors (i.e., thermistor, RTD, thermocouple, diode) are currently being used. Expensive linearization circuitry, precision voltage references, bridge components, resistance measuring circuitry and cold junction compensation are not required with the TMP17.The TMP17 is available in a low cost SO-8 surface-mount package.

The ADIS16495 is a complete inertial system that includes a triaxis gyroscope and a triaxis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor in the ADIS16495 combines industry leading iMEMS® technology with signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity, bias, alignment, and linear acceleration (gyroscope bias). As a result, each sensor has its own dynamic compensation formulas that provide accurate sensor measurements.The ADIS16495 provides a simple, cost effective method for integrating accurate, multiaxis inertial sensing into industrial systems, especially when compared with the complexity and investment associated with discrete designs. All necessary motion testing and calibration are part of the production process at the factory, greatly reducing system integration time. Tight orthogonal alignment simplifies inertial frame alignment in navigation systems. The serial peripheral interface (SPI) and register structure provide a simple interface for data collection and configuration control.The footprint and connector system of the ADIS16495 enable a simple upgrade from the ADIS16375, ADIS16480, ADIS16485, ADIS16488A, and ADIS16490. The ADXL316 is a small, thin, low power, complete 3-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs. The product measures acceleration with a minimum measurement range of ±16 g. It can measure the static acceleration of gravity in tilt sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion, shock, or vibration.The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer using the CX, CY, and CZ capacitors at the XOUT, YOUT, and ZOUT pins. The ADXRS645 is a high performance angular rate sensor with excellent vibration immunity for use in high temperature environments. The ADXRS645 is manufactured using the Analog Devices, Inc., patented high volume BiMOS surface-micromachining process with years of proven field reliability. An advanced, differential, quad sensor design provides superior acceleration and vibration rejection.The output signal, RATEOUT, is a voltage proportional to the angular rate about the axis normal to the package lid. The measurement range is a minimum of ±2000°/sec, and may be extended to ±5000°/sec with the addition of a single external resistor. The output is ratiometric with respect to a provided reference supply. Other external capacitors are required for operation.A temperature output is provided for compensation techniques. Two digital self-test inputs electromechanically excite the sensor to test proper operation of both the sensor and the signal conditioning circuits.
