The ADIS16136 iSensor® MEMS Gyroscope is a high performance, digital gyroscope sensing system that operates autonomously and requires no user configuration to produce accurate rate sensing data. It provides performance advantages with low noise density, wide bandwidth, and excellent in-run bias stability, which are enablingfor applications such as platform control, navigation, robotics,and medical instrumentation.This sensor system combines industry leading iMEMS® technology with signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance.The factory calibration characterizes the entire sensor signal chainfor sensitivity and bias over a temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.As a result, each ADIS16136 has its own unique correction formulasto produce accurate measurements upon installation. Forsome systems, the factory calibration eliminates the need forsystem level calibration and greatly simplifies it for others.The ADIS16136 provides data at rates of up to 2048 SPS andoffers an averaging/decimation filter structure for optimizingnoise/bandwidth trade-offs. The ADIS16485 iSensor® device is a complete inertial system thatincludes a triaxial gyroscope and a triaxial accelerometer. Eachinertial sensor in the ADIS16485 combines industry-leadingiMEMS® technology with signal conditioning that optimizesdynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizeseach sensor for sensitivity, bias, alignment, and linear acceleration(gyroscope bias). The ADXL322 is an ultra small package (4 × 4 × 1.45 mm LFCSP) and low power (340 µA at VS = 2.4V) ± 2 g iMEMS® accelerometer designed to accommodate the integration requirements of mobile phones and other portable devices for a variety of motion, tilt, and inertial sensing features (e.g., data entry, menu and display control, power management, situational awareness, navigation, and portrait vs. landscape display orientation). The TMP03/TMP04 are monolithic temperature detectors thatgenerate a modulated serial digital output that varies in directproportion to the temperature of the device. An onboard sensorgenerates a voltage precisely proportional to absolute temperaturewhich is compared to an internal voltage reference andinput to a precision digital modulator. The ratiometric encodingformat of the serial digital output is independent of the clock drifterrors common to most serial modulation techniques such asvoltage-to-frequency converters. Overall accuracy is ±1.5°C(typical) from –25°C to +100°C, with excellent transducer linearity.The digital output of the TMP04 is CMOS/TTLcompatible, and is easily interfaced to the serial inputs of mostpopular microprocessors. The open-collector output of theTMP03 is capable of sinking 5 mA. The TMP03 is best suitedfor systems requiring isolated circuits utilizing optocouplers orisolation transformers.The TMP03 and TMP04 are specified for operation at supplyvoltages from 4.5 V to 7 V. Operating from 5 V, supply current(unloaded) is less than 1.3 mA.The TMP03/TMP04 are rated for operation over the –40°C to+100°C temperature range in the low cost TO-92, SO-8, andTSSOP-8 surface mount packages. The ADXL335 is a small, thin, low power, complete 3-axisaccelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs. Theproduct measures acceleration with a minimum full-scale rangeof ±3 g. It can measure the static acceleration of gravity in tiltsensingapplications, as well as dynamic acceleration resultingfrom motion, shock, or vibration.The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer using theCX, CY, and CZ capacitors at the XOUT, YOUT, and ZOUT pins.Bandwidths can be selected to suit the application, with arange of 0.5 Hz to 1600 Hz for X and Y axes, and a range of0.5 Hz to 550 Hz for the Z axis.The ADXL335 is available in a small, low profile, 4 mm × 4 mm× 1.45 mm, 16-lead, plastic lead frame chip scale package(LFCSP_LQ).APPLICATIONS Cost sensitive, low power, motion- and tilt-sensing applications Mobile devices Gaming systems Disk drive protection Image stabilization Sports and health devices

The AD22100 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. It can be operated over the temperature range -50°C to +150°C, making it ideal for use in numerous HVAC, instrumentation and automotive applications.The signal conditioning eliminates the need for any trimming, buffering or linearization circuitry, greatly simplifying the system design and reducing the overall system cost.The output voltage is proportional to the temperature times the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at -50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply.Due to its ratiometric nature, the AD22100 offers a cost effective solution when interfacing to an analog-to-digital converter.
