An additionalfour inputs are available but are multiplexed with the four DACoutput pins. The four DAC outputs are available only on certainmodels (ADuC7020, ADuC7026, ADuC7028, and ADuC7029).However, in many cases where the DAC outputs are not present, these pins can still be used as additional ADC inputs, giving amaximum of 16 ADC input channels. The ADC can operate insingle-ended or differential input mode. The ADC input voltageis 0 V to VREF. A low drift band gap reference, temperature sensor, and voltage comparator complete the ADC peripheral set.Depending on the part model, up to four buffered voltageoutput DACs are available on-chip. The DAC output range isprogrammable to one of three voltage ranges. The devices operate from an on-chip oscillator and a PLLgenerating an internal high frequency clock of 41.78 MHz(UCLK). This clock is routed through a programmable clockdivider from which the MCU core clock operating frequencyis generated. The microcontroller core is an ARM7TDMI®,16-bit/32-bit RISC machine, which offers up to 41 MIPS peakperformance. Eight kilobytes of SRAM and 62 kilobytes ofnonvolatile Flash/EE memory are provided on-chip. TheARM7TDMI core views all memory and registers as a singlelinear array.On-chip factory firmware supports in-circuit serial downloadvia the UART or I2C serial interface port; nonintrusive emulationis also supported via the JTAG interface. These features areincorporated into a low cost QuickStart™ development systemsupporting this MicroConverter® family. The parts operate from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and are specified over anindustrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. Whenoperating at 41.78 MHz, the power dissipation is typically120 mW. The ADuM1200 is a dual-channel, digital isolator with 2/0 directionality based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technologies, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives, such as optocouplers.By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers. The typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. The need for external drivers and other discrete components is eliminated with these iCoupler products. Further-more, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one-sixth the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates. The ADuM120x family of isolators provides two independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates (see the Ordering Guide). Both parts operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling a voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. In addition, the ADuM120x provide low pulse width distortion (<3 ns for CR grade) and tight channel-to-channel matching (<3 ns for CR grade). Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, the ADuM120x isolators have a patented refresh feature that ensures dc correctness in the absence of input logic transitions and during power-up/power-down conditions.ADuM1200W and ADuM1201W are automotive grade versions qualified for 125°C operation per AEC-Q100. ADA4945-1ACPZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4945-1 is a low noise, low distortion, fully differential amplifier with two selectable power modes. The device operates over a broad power supply range of 3 V to 10 V. The low dc offset, dc offset drift, and excellent dynamic performance of the ADA4945-1 makes it well suited for a variety of data acquisition and signal processing applications. The device is an ideal choice for driving high resolution, high performance successive approximation register (SAR) and Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) on 4 mA of quiescent current (full power mode). The device can also be selected to operate on 1.4 mA of quiescent current (low power mode) to scale the power consumption to the desired performance necessary for an ADC drive application. The adjustable common-mode voltage allows the ADA4945-1 to match the input common-mode voltage of multiple ADCs. The internal common-mode feedback loop provides exceptional output balance, as well as suppression of even order harmonic distortion products. With the ADA4945-1, differential gain configurations are achieved with a simple external feedback network of four resistors determining the closed-loop gain of the amplifier. The ADA4945-1 is fabricated using Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary, silicon germanium (SiGe), complementary bipolar process, enabling the device to achieve low levels of distortion with an input voltage noise of only 1.8 nV/√Hz (full power mode). The ADA4945-1 is available in a RoHS-complaint, 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-lead LFCSP. The ADA4945-1 is specified to operate from −40°C to +125°C.Applications Low power Σ-Δ, PulSAR®, and SAR ADC drivers Single-ended to differential converters Differential buffers Medical imaging Process control Portable electronics

The ADL8105 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), low noise wideband amplifier that operates from 5 GHz to 20 GHz.The ADL8105 provides a typical gain of 27 dB at 12 GHz to 17 GHz, a 1.8 dB typical noise figure from 12 GHz to 17 GHz, a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 30.5 dBm at 12 GHz to 17 GHz, and a saturated output power (PSAT) of up to 20.5 dBm, requiring only 90 mA from a 5 V supply voltage. The power dissipation can be lowered at the expense of OIP3 and output power (POUT). The ADL8105 also features inputs and outputs that are internally matched to 50 Ω. The RFIN and RFOUT pins are internally ac-coupled, and the bias inductor is also integrated, making it ideal for surface-mounted technology (SMT)-based, high capacity microwave radio applications. The ADL8105 is housed in an RoHS-compliant, 2 mm × 2 mm, 8-lead LFCSP package.APPLICATIONSTelecommunicationsSatellite communicationsMilitary radarWeather radarElectronic warfareInstrumentation

ADPA7009-2-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADPA7009-2 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), 0.5 W power amplifier with an integrated temperature-compensated, on-chip power detector that operates between 20 GHz and 54 GHz. The amplifier provides a gain of 17.5 dB, an output power for 1 dB compression (OP1dB) of 28 dBm, and a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 34.5 dBm at 20 GHz to 35 GHz. The ADPA7009-2 requires 850 mA from a 5 V supply voltage (VDDx). The RF input and outputs are internally matched and DC-blocked for ease of integration into higher level assemblies. Most of the typically required external passive components for operation (AC coupling capacitors and power supply decoupling capacitors) are integrated, which facilitates a small, compact printed circuit board (PCB) footprint. The ADPA7009-2 is available in a 5.00 mm × 5.00 mm, 24-terminal chip array, small outline, no lead cavity [LGA_CAV] package.APPLICATIONS Military and space Test instrumentation
