Designed for space-critical applications, the ADR525/ADR530/ ADR550 are high precision shunt voltage references, housed in ultrasmall SC70 and SOT-23-3 packages. These references feature low temperature drift of 40 ppm/°C, an initial accuracy of better than ±0.2%, and ultralow output noise of 18 μVP-P.Available in output voltages of 2.5 V, 3.0 V, and 5.0 V, the advanced design of the ADR525/ADR530/ADR550 eliminates the need for compensation by an external capacitor, yet the references are stable with any capacitive load. The minimum operating current increases from a mere 50 μA to a maximum of 15 mA. This low operating current and ease of use make these references ideally suited for handheld, battery-powered applications.A trim terminal is available on the ADR525/ADR530/ADR550 to allow adjustment of the output voltage over a ±0.5% range, without affecting the temperature coefficient of the device. The ADAU1442 / ADAU1445 / ADAU1446 are enhanced audio processors that allow full flexibility in routing all input and output signals. The SigmaDSP® core features full 28-bit processing (56-bit in double-precision mode), synchronous parameter loading for ensuring filter stability, and 100% code efficiency with the SigmaStudio™ tools. This DSP allows system designers to compensate for the real-world limitations of speakers, amplifiers, and listening environments, resulting in a dramatic improvement of the perceived audio quality through speaker equalization, multiband compression, limiting, and third-party branded algorithms.The flexible audio routing matrix (FARM) allows the user to multiplex inputs from multiple sources running at various sample rates to or from the SigmaDSP core. This drastically reduces the complexity of signal routing and clocking issues in the audio system. FARM includes up to eight stereo asynchronous sample rate converters (depending on the device model), Sony/ Philips Digital Interconnect Format (S/PDIF) input and output, and serial (I2S) and time division multiplexing (TDM) I/Os. Any of these inputs can be routed to the SigmaDSP core or to any of the asynchronous sample rate converters (ASRCs). Similarly, any one of the output signals can be taken from the SigmaDSP core or from any of the ASRC outputs. This routing scheme, which can be modified at any time via control registers, allows for maximum system flexibility.The ADAU1442, ADAU1445, and ADAU1446 differ only in ASRC functionality and packaging. The ADAU1442 / ADAU1445 contain 16 channels of ASRCs and are packaged in TQFP packages, whereas the ADAU1446 contains no ASRCs and is packaged in an LQFP. The ADAU1442 can handle nine clock domains, the ADAU1445 can handle three clock domains, and the ADAU1446 can handle one clock domain.The ADAU1442 / ADAU1445 / ADAU1446 can be controlled in one of two operational modes: the settings of the chip can be loaded and dynamically updated through the SPI/I2C® port, or the DSP can self-boot from an external EEPROM in a system with no microcontroller. There is also a bank of multipurpose (MP) pins that can be used as general-purpose digital I/Os or as inputs to the 4-channel auxiliary control ADC.The ADAU1442 / ADAU1445 / ADAU1446 are supported by the SigmaStudio graphical development environment. The ADG1406 switches one of 16 inputsto a common output, as determined by the 4-bit binary addresslines (A0, A1, A2, and A3). The ADM2485 differential bus transceiver is an integrated, galvanically isolated component designed for bidirectional data communication on multipoint bus transmission lines. It is designed for balanced transmission lines and complies with ANSI/TIA/EIA RS-485-A-98 and ISO 8482:1987(E).The device employs Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology to combine a 3-channel isolator, a three-state differential line driver, and a differential input receiver into a single package. An on-chip oscillator outputs a pair of square waveforms that drive an external transformer to provide isolated power with an external transformer. The logic side of the device can be powered with either a 5 V or a 3.3 V supply, and the bus side is powered with an isolated 5 V supply.The ADM2485 driver has an active high enable. The driver differential outputs and the receiver differential inputs are connected internally to form a differential input/output port that imposes minimal loading on the bus when the driver is disabled or when VDD1 or VDD2 = 0 V. Also provided is an active high receiver disable that causes the receive output to enter a high impedance state.The device has current-limiting and thermal shutdown features to protect against output short circuits and situations where bus contention might cause excessive power dissipation. The ADM3251E is a high speed, 2.5 kV fully isolated, single-channel RS-232/V.28 transceiver device that operates from asingle 5 V power supply. Due to the high ESD protection on the RIN and TOUT pins, the device is ideally suited for operation in electrically harsh environments or where RS-232 cables arefrequently being plugged and unplugged.The ADM3251E incorporates dual-channel digital isolators withisoPower™ integrated, isolated power. There is no requirement to use a separate isolated dc-to-dc converter. Chip-scale transformer iCoupler® technology from Analog Devices, Inc., is used both for the isolation of the logic signals as well as for the integrated dc-to-dc converter. The result is a total isolation solution.The ADM3251E contains isoPower technology that uses high frequency switching elements to transfer power through the transformer. Special care must be taken during printed circuitboard (PCB) layout to meet emissions standards. The ADM3251E conforms to the EIA/TIA-232E and ITU-T V. 28 specifications and operates at data rates up to 460 kbps. The ADP1754 / ADP1755 are CMOS, low dropout linear regulators that operate from 1.6 V to 3.6 V and provide up to 1.2A of output current. These Low Vin / Vout LDOs are ideal for regulation of nanometer FPGA geometries operating from 2.5V down to 1.8V I/O rails, and powering core voltages down to 0.75V. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, they provide high power supply rejection, low noise, and achieve excellent line and load transient response with a small 4.7 µF ceramic output capacitor.The ADP1754 is available in 7 fixed output voltage options. The ADP1755 is available in an adjustable version, which allows output voltages that range from 0.75 V to 3.0 V via an external divider. The ADP1754 / ADP1755 allows an external soft start capacitor to be connected to program the start-up.
