The AD5415 is a CMOS, 12-bit, dual channel, current output digital-to-analog converter. This device operates from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V power supply, making it suited to battery-powered applications and other applications.As a result of being manufactured on a CMOS submicron process, this part offers excellent 4-quadrant multiplication characteristics, with large-signal multiplying bandwidths of 10 MHz.The applied external reference input voltage (VREF) determines the full scale output current. An integrated feedback resistor (RFB) provides temperature tracking and full scale voltage output when combined with an external current to voltage precision amplifier. In addition, this device contains the 4-quadrant resistors necessary for bipolar operation and other configuration modes.This DAC uses a double buffered, 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and most DSP interface standards. In addition, a serial data out pin (SDO) allows daisy-chaining when multiple packages are used. Data readback allows the user to read the contents of the DAC register via the SDO pin. On power-up, the internal shift register and latches are filled with 0s, and the DAC outputs are at zero scale.The AD5415 DAC is available in a 24-lead TSSOP package. This setting can be stored into the EEMEMand is restored automatically to the RDAC register duringsystem power-on.The EEMEM content can be restored dynamically or throughexternal PR strobing, and a WP function protects EEMEMcontents. To simplify the programming, the independent orsimultaneous linear-step increment or decrement commandscan be used to move the RDAC wiper up or down, one step ata time. For logarithmic ±6 dB changes in the wiper setting, theleft or right bit shift command can be used to double or halve theRDAC wiper setting.The AD5235 patterned resistance tolerance is stored in theEEMEM. The actual end-to-end resistance can, therefore, beknown by the host processor in readback mode. The AD7730L is a complete analog front end for weigh-scale and pressure measurement applications. The device accepts low-level signals directly from a transducer and outputs a serial digital word. Theinput signal is applied to a proprietary programmable gain front end based around an analog modulator. The modulator output is processed by a low pass programmable digital filter, allowing adjustment of filter cutoff, output rate and settling time.The part features two buffered differential programmable gain analog inputs as well as a differential reference input. The device operates from a single +5 V supply. It accepts four unipolar analog input ranges: 0 mV to +10 mV, +20 mV, +40 mV and +80 mV and four bipolar ranges: ±10 mV, ±20 mV, ±40 mV and ±80 mV. The peak-to-peak resolution achievable directly from the part is 1 in 110,000 counts. An on-chip 6-bit DAC allows the removal of TARE voltages. Clock signals for synchronizing ac excitation of the bridge are also provided.The serial interface on the part can be configured for three-wire operation and is compatible with microcontrollers and digital signal processors. The AD7730L contains self-calibration and system calibration options, and features an offset drift of less than 5 nV/°C and a gain drift of less than 3 ppm/°C. The part is available in a 24-lead SOIC and 24-lead TSSOP package. It is a lower power version of the AD7730 (approximately 1/3 the power).

The OP-97 is a low-power alternative to the industry-standard OP-07 precision amplifier. The OP-97 maintains the standards of performance set by the OP-07 while utilizing only 600µA supply current, less than 1/6 that of an OP-07. Offset voltage is an ultra-low 25µV, and drift over temperature is below 0.6µV/°C. External offset trimming is not required in the majority of circuits.Improvements have been made over OP-07 specifications in several areas. Notable is bias current, which remains below 250pA over the full military temperature range. The OP-97 is ideal for use in precision long-term integrators or sample-and-hold circuits that must operate at elevated temperatures.Common-mode rejection and power-supply rejection are also improved with the OP-97, at 114dB minimum over wider ranges of common-mode or supply voltage. Outstanding PSR, a supply range specified from ±2.25V to ±20V and the OP-97's minimal power requirements combine to make the OP-97 a preferred device for portable and battery-powered instruments.The OP-97 conforms to the OP-07 pinout, with the null potentimeter connected between pins 1 and 8 with the wiper to V+. The OP-97 will upgrade circuit designs using 725, OP05, OP07, OP12, and 1012 type amplifiers. It may replace 741-type amplifiers in circuits without nullling or where the nulling circuitry has been removed.

The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 are low voltage, precision centigrade temperature sensors. They provide a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the Celsius (centigrade) temperature. The TMP35/ TMP36/TMP37 do not require any external calibration to provide typical accuracies of ±1°C at +25°C and ±2°C over the −40°C to +125°C temperature range.The low output impedance of the TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 and its linear output and precise calibration simplify interfacing to temperature control circuitry and ADCs. All three devices are intended for single-supply operation from 2.7 V to 5.5 V maximum. The supply current runs well below 50 μA, providing very low self-heating—less than 0.1°C in still air. In addition, a shutdown function is provided to cut the supply current to less than 0.5 μA.The TMP35 is functionally compatible with the LM35/LM45 and provides a 250 mV output at 25°C. The TMP35 reads temperatures from 10°C to 125°C. The TMP36 is specified from −40°C to +125°C, provides a 750 mV output at 25°C, and operates to 125°C from a single 2.7 V supply. The TMP36 is functionally compatible with the LM50. Both the TMP35 and TMP36 have an output scale factor of 10 mV/°C.The TMP37 is intended for applications over the range of 5°C to 100°C and provides an output scale factor of 20 mV/°C. The TMP37 provides a 500 mV output at 25°C. Operation extends to 150°C with reduced accuracy for all devices when operating from a 5 V supply.The TMP35/TMP36/TMP37 are available in low cost 3-lead TO-92, 8-lead SOIC_N, and 5-lead SOT-23 surface-mount packages.
