The HMC1122 is a 6-bit digital attenuator operating from 0.1 GHz to 6 GHz with a 31.5 dB attenuation control range in 0.5 dB steps.The HMC1122 is implemented in a silicon process, offering very fast settling time, low power consumption, and high ESD robustness. The device features safe state transitions and optimized for excellent step accuracy and high linearity over frequency and temperature range. The RF input and output are internally matched to 50 Ω and do not require any external matching components. The design is bidirectional; therefore, the RF input and output are interchangeable.The HMC1122 operates on a single supply ranging from 3.3 V to 5 V with no performance change due to an on-chip regulator.The device incorporates a driver that provides both serial and parallel control of the attenuator. The device also features a user-selectable power-up state and a serial output port for cascading other serial controlled components.The HMC1122 comes in a RoHS compliant, compact, 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package, and is pin compatible to the HMC624A.A fully populated evaluation board is available. The device contains a precision, low noise, low drift internal band gap reference, and also accepts an external differential reference, which can be internally buffered. Other key integrated features include programmable low drift excitation current sources, burnout currents, and a bias voltage generator, which sets the common-mode voltage of a channel to AVDD/2. The low-side power switch enables the user to power down bridge sensors between conversions, ensuring the absolute minimal power consumption of the system. FastFETs are an entirely new class of amplifiers from Analog Devices, of which the AD8034 and AD8065 are the first two parts to be released. FastFETs combine the desirable specs of FET input amps (high input impedance that almost eliminates the need to consider the input bias current in designs) with those of ADI's proprietary XFCB technology (most especially low power consumption, low noise and distortions, and a wide supply voltage). The AD8452 combines a precision analog front-end controller and switch mode power supply (SMPS), pulse-width modulator (PWM) driver into a single silicon platform for high volume battery testing and formation manufacturing. A precision instrumentation amplifier (in-amp) measures the battery charge/discharge current, while an equally accurate difference amplifier measures the battery voltage. Internal laser trimmed resistor networks establish the in-amp and difference amplifier gains (66 V/V and 0.4 V/V, respectively), and stabilize the AD8452 performance across the rated operating temperature range.Desired battery cycling current and voltage levels are established by applying precise control voltages to the ISET and VSET inputs. Actual charge and discharge current levels are sensed (usually by a high power, highly accurate shunt resistor) whose value is carefully selected according to system parameters. Switching between constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) loop integration is instantaneous, automatic, and completely transparent to the observer. The AD9161 is a high performance, 11-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that supports data rates to 6 GSPS. The DAC core is based on a quad-switch architecture coupled with a 2× interpolator filter that enables an effective DAC update rate of up to 12 GSPS in some modes. The high dynamic range and bandwidth makes these DACs ideally suited for the most demanding high speed radio frequency (RF) DAC applications.In baseband mode, wide bandwidth capability combines with high dynamic range to support DOCSIS 3.1 cable infrastructure compliance from the minimum of two carriers to full maximum spectrum of 1.794 GHz. A 2× interpolator filter (FIR85) enables the AD9161/AD9162 to be configured for lower data rates and converter clocking to reduce the overall system power and ease the filtering requirements. In Mix-Mode™ operation, the AD9161/AD9162 can reconstruct RF carriers in the second and third Nyquist zones up to 7.5 GHz while still maintaining exceptional dynamic range. The output current can be programmed from 8 mA to 38.76 mA. The AD9161/AD9162 data interface consists of up to eight JESD204B serializer/deserializer (SERDES) lanes that are programmable in terms of lane speed and number of lanes to enable application flexibility.A serial peripheral interface (SPI) can configure the AD9161/AD9162 and monitor the status of all registers. The AD9161/AD9162 are offered in an 165-ball, 8.0 mm × 8.0 mm, 0.5 mm pitch, CSP_BGA package and in an 169-ball, 11 mm × 11 mm, 0.8 mm pitch, CSP_BGA package, including a leaded ball option for the AD9162.Product Highlights High dynamic range and signal reconstruction bandwidth supports RF signal synthesis of up to 7.5 GHz.
