The ADG901/ADG902 are wideband switches that use a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process to provide high isolation and low insertion loss to 1 GHz. The ADG901 is an absorptive (matched) switch with 50 ? terminated shunt legs, while the ADG902 is a reflective switch. These devices are designed such that the isolation is high over the dc to 1 GHz frequency range. These switches enable the user to pass dc signals up to 0.5 V without the use of a dc blocking capacitor. They have on-board CMOS control logic, thus eliminating the need for external controlling circuitry. The control inputs are both CMOS and LVTTL compatible. The AD698 is a complete, monolithic Linear Variable Differential Transformer (LVDT) signal conditioning subsystem. It is used in conjunction with LVDTs to convert transducer mechanical position to a unipolar or bipolar dc voltage with a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. All circuit functions are included on the chip. With the addition of a few external passive components to set frequency and gain, the AD698 converts the raw LVDT output to a scaled dc signal. The device will operate with half-bridge LVDTs, LVDTs connected in the series opposed configuration (4-wire), and RVDTs.The AD698 contains a low distortion sine wave oscillator to drive the LVDT primary. Two synchronous demodulation channels of the AD698 are used to detect primary and secondary amplitude. The part divides the output of the secondary by the amplitude of the primary and multiplies by a scale factor. This eliminates scale factor errors due to drift in the amplitude of the primary drive, improving temperature performance and stability.The AD698 uses a unique ratiometric architecture to eliminate several of the disadvantages associated with traditional approaches to LVDT interfacing. The benefits of this new circuit are: no adjustments are necessary; temperature stability is improved; and transducer interchangeability is improved.The AD698 is available in two performance grades: Grade Temperature Range Package AD698AP –40°C to +85°C 28-Pin PLCC AD698SQ –55°C to +125°C 24-Pin Cerdip

The LTC3897 is a synchronous boost DC/DC controller with surge stopper and ideal diode controller.The boost controller drives two N-channel power MOSFET stages out-of-phase to reduce input and output capacitor?requirements, allowing the use of smaller inductors than the single-phase equivalent. Synchronous rectification reduces power loss and eases thermal requirements.The surge stopper controls the gate of an external N-channel MOSFET to protect against high voltage input transients and provides in-rush current control, overcurrent protection and output disconnect for the boost converter. The integrated ideal diode controller drives another N-channel MOSFET to replace a Schottky diode for reverse input protection and voltage holdup or peak detection. It controls the forward voltage drop across the MOSFET and minimizes reverse current flow.The LTC3897 is available in thermally-enhanced 38-pin leadless QFN or 38-lead TSSOP packages.Applications Industrial Automotive Military/Avionics

The LTC2983 measures a wide variety of temperature sensors and digitally outputs the result, in ?C or ?F, with 0.1?C accuracy and 0.001?C resolution. The LTC2983 can measure the temperature of virtually all standard (type B, E, J, K, N, S, R, T) or custom thermocouples, automatically compensate for cold junction temperatures and linearize the results. The device can also measure temperature with standard 2-, 3- or 4-wire RTDs, thermistors and diodes. It has 20 reconfigurable analog inputs enabling many sensor connections and configuration options. The LTC2983 includes excitation current sources and fault detection circuitry appropriate for each type of temperature sensor.The LTC2983 allows direct interfacing to ground referenced sensors without the need for level shifters, negative supply voltages, or external amplifiers. All signals are buffered and simultaneously digitized with three high accuracy, 24-bit ?? They can be configured as either a boost, flyback, SEPIC or inverting converter. The LT3758/LT3758A drive a low side external N-channel power MOSFET from an internal regulated 7.2V supply. The fixed frequency, current-mode architecture results in stable operation over a wide range of supply and output voltages.The operating frequency of LT3758/LT3758A can be set with an external resistor over a 100kHz to 1MHz range, and can be synchronized to an external clock using the SYNC pin. The LT1999 is a high speed precision current sense amplifier, designed to monitor bidirectional currents over a wide common mode range. The LT1999 is offered in three gain options: 10V/V, 20V/V, and 50V/V.The LT1999 senses current via an external resistive shunt and generates an output voltage, indicating both magnitude and direction of the sensed current. The output voltage is referenced halfway between the supply voltage and ground, or an external voltage can be used to set the reference level. The LT8610 is a compact, high efficiency, high speed synchronous monolithic step-down switching regulator that consumes only 2.5?A of quiescent current. Top and bottom power switches are included with all necessary circuitry to minimize the need for external components. Low ripple Burst Mode operation enables high efficiency down to very low output currents while keeping the output ripple below 10mVP-P. A SYNC pin allows synchronization to an external clock. Internal compensation with peak current mode topology allows the use of small inductors and results in fast transient response and good loop stability. The EN/UV pin has an accurate 1V threshold and can be used to program VIN undervoltage lockout or to shut down the LT8610 reducing the input supply current to 1?A. A capacitor on the TR/SS pin programs the output voltage ramp rate during start-up. The PG flag signals when VOUT is within ?9% of the programmed output voltage as well as fault conditions. The LT8610 is available in a small 16-lead MSOP package with exposed pad for low thermal resistance.
