The ADP7104 is a CMOS, low dropout linear regulator that operates from 3.3 V to 20 V and provides up to 500 mA of output current. This high input voltage LDO is ideal for regulation of high performance analog and mixed signal circuits operating from 19 V to 1.22 V rails. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, it provides high power supply rejection, low noise, and achieves excellent line and load transient response with just a small 1 μF ceramic output capacitor.The ADP7104 is available in seven fixed output voltage options and an adjustable version, which allows output voltages that range from 1.22 V to VIN − VDO via an external feedback divider.The ADP7104 output noise voltage is 15 μV rms and is independent of the output voltage. A digital power-good output allows power system monitors to check the health of the output voltage. A user programmable precision undervoltage lockout function facilitates sequencing of multiple power supplies. The ADP7104 is available in 8-lead, 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP and 8-lead SOIC packages. The LFCSP offers a very compact solution and also provides excellent thermal performance for applications requiring up to 500 mA of output current in a small, low-profile footprint. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, it provides high power supply rejection and low noise, and achieves excellent line and load transient response with a small 2.2 μF ceramic output capacitor.The ADP7182 is available in fixed output voltage and an adjustable version that allows the output voltage to range from −1.22 V to −VIN + VDO via an external feedback divider.The following fixed output voltages are available from stock: −5 V (3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP), −1.8 V, −2.5 V, −3 V, −5 V (TSOT), −1.2 V, −1.5 V, −2.5 V, −5 V (2.00 mm × 2.00 mm LFCSP). Additional voltages are available by special order.The ADP7182 regulator output noise is 18 μV rms independent of the output voltage. The enable logic is capable of interfacing with positive or negative logic levels for maximum flexibility. The ADRF6806 is a high dynamic range IQ demodulator with integrated PLL and VCO. The fractional-N PLL/synthesizer generates a frequency in the range of 2.8 GHz to 4.2 GHz. A programmable quadrature divider (divide ratio = 4 to 80) divides the output frequency of the VCO down to the required local oscillator (LO) frequency to drive the mixers in quadrature. Additionally, an output divider (divide ratio = 4 to 8) generates a divided-down VCO signal for external use.The PLL reference input is supported from 10 MHz to 160 MHz. The phase detector output controls a charge pump whose output is integrated in an off-chip loop filter. The loop filter output is then applied to an integrated VCO.The IQ demodulator mixes the differential RF input with the complex LO derived from the quadrature divider. The differential I and Q output paths have excellent quadrature accuracy and can handle baseband signaling or complex IF up to 120 MHz.A reduced power mode of operation is also provided by programming the serial interface registers to reduce current consumption, with slightly degraded input linearity and output current drive.The ADRF6806 is fabricated using an advanced silicon-germanium BiCMOS process. It is available in a 40-lead, exposed-paddle, RoHS-compliant, 6 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package. The fourth generation of SHARC® Processors, the ADSP-21477, includes low power floating point DSP products, which provide increased performance, hardware-based filter accelerators, audio and application-focused peripherals, and 2M Bit on Chip SRAM, capable of supporting a single chip solution. All devices are code-compatible with all prior SHARC Processors. These newest members of the fourth generation SHARC Processor family are based on a single-instruction, multiple-data (SIMD) core, which supports both 32-bit fixed-point and 32-/40-bit floating-point arithmetic formats and their low power make them particularly suitable for battery powered applications or where a higher ambient operating temperature is required.The ADSP-21477 offers a very low power and high performance Processor – 200 MHz/1200 MFLOPs – in an 88-Ld LFCSP package. The low power architecture of the ADSP-21477 makes these products particularly well suited to address the automotive audio and industrial control market segments where low power is a requirement. In addition to its high core performance, the ADSP-21477 includes additional processing blocks such as FIR, IIR, and FFT accelerators to increase the total performance of the system. There is a new feature called Variable Instruction Set Architecture (VISA) that allows the code size to be decreased by 20% to 30% and increase the memory size availability. The fourth generation DSP allows the ability to connect to external memory by providing a glueless interface to 16-bit wide SDR SDRAMs.Fourth-generation, ADSP-21477 SHARC Processors also integrate application-specific peripherals designed to simplify hardware design, minimize design risks, and ultimately reduce time to market. Grouped together, and broadly named the Digital Applications Interface (DAI), these functional blocks may be connected to each other or to external pins via the software-programmable Signal Routing Unit (SRU). The SRU is an innovative architectural feature that enables complete and flexible routing amongst DAI blocks. Peripherals connected through the SRU include but are not limited to serial ports, SPI ports, S/PDIF Tx/Rx, and an 8-Channel asynchronous sample rate converter block. The fourth generation SHARC allows data from the serial ports to be directly transferred to external memory by the DMA controller. Other peripherals such as UART and Two-Wire Interface are routed through a Digital Peripheral Interface (DPI).
