The AD9680 is a dual, 14-bit, 1.25 GSPS/1 GSPS/820 MSPS/500 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device has an on-chip buffer and sample-and-hold circuit designed for low power, small size, and ease of use. This device is designed for sampling wide bandwidth analog signals of up to 2 GHz. The AD9680 is optimized for wide input bandwidth, high sampling rate, excellent linearity, and low power in a small package.The dual ADC cores feature a multistage, differential pipelined architecture with integrated output error correction logic. Each ADC features wide bandwidth inputs supporting a variety of user-selectable input ranges. An integrated voltage reference eases design considerations.The analog input and clock signals are differential inputs. Each ADC data output is internally connected to two digital down-converters (DDCs). Each DDC consists of up to five cascaded signal processing stages: a 12-bit frequency translator (NCO), and four half-band decimation filters. The DDCs are bypassed by default.In addition to the DDC blocks, the AD9680 has several functions that simplify the automatic gain control (AGC) function in the communications receiver. The programmable threshold detector allows monitoring of the incoming signal power using the fast detect output bits of the ADC. If the input signal level exceeds the programmable threshold, the fast detect indicator goes high. Because this threshold indicator has low latency, the user can quickly turn down the system gain to avoid an overrange condition at the ADC input.Users can configure the Subclass 1 JESD204B-based high speed serialized output in a variety of one-, two-, or four-lane configurations, depending on the DDC configuration and the acceptable lane rate of the receiving logic device. Multiple device synchronization is supported through the SYSREF± and SYNCINB± input pins.The AD9680 has flexible power-down options that allow significant power savings when desired. All of these features can be programmed using a 1.8 V to 3.3 V capable, 3-wire SPI.The AD9680 is available in a Pb-free, 64-lead LFCSP and is specified over the −40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range. The LTC4234 is an integrated solution for Hot Swap™ applications that allows a board to be safely inserted and removed from a live backplane. The part integrates a Hot Swap controller, power MOSFET and current sense resistor in a single package for small form factor applications. The MOSFET Safe Operating Area is production tested and guaranteed for the stresses in Hot Swap applications.The LTC4234 provides separate inrush current control and an 11% accurate 22.5A current limit with output dependent foldback. The current limit threshold can be adjusted dynamically using the ISET pin. Additional features include a current monitor output that amplifies the sense resistor voltage for ground referenced current sensing and a MOSFET temperature monitor output. Thermal limit, overvoltage, undervoltage and power good monitoring are also provided. The LTC6951 is a high performance, low noise, Phase Locked Loop (PLL) with a fully integrated VCO. The low noise VCO uses no external components and is internally calibrated to the correct output frequency with no external system support.The clock generation section provides five outputs based on the VCO prescaler signal with individual dividers for each output. Four outputs feature very low noise, low skew CML logic. The fifth output is low noise LVDS. The LT3091 is a 1.5A, low dropout negative linear regulator that is easily paralleled to increase output current or spread heat on surface mounted boards. Designed with a precision current reference followed by a high performance rail-to-rail voltage buffer, this regulator finds use in applications requiring precision output, high current with no heat sink, output adjustability to zero and low dropout voltage. The device can also be configured as a 3-terminal floating regulator.The LT3091 features fast transient response, high PSRR and output noise as low as 18μVRMS. The LT3091 generates a wide output voltage range (0V to –32V) while maintaining unity gain operation. This yields virtually constant bandwidth, load regulation, PSRR and noise, independent of the programmed output voltage.The LT3091 supplies 1.5A at a typical dropout voltage of 300mV. Operating quiescent current is nominally 1.2mA and drops to << 1μA in shutdown. A single resistor adjusts the LT3091’s precision programmable current limit. The device’s positive or negative current monitor either sources a current (0.25mA/A) or sinks a current (0.5mA/A) proportional to output current. The LTC2937 is a 6-channel power supply sequencer and voltage supervisor. Supplies are enabled or disabled with precise user controlled order and time spacing. To detect power supply output faults during sequencing and monitoring, the LTC2937 accurately monitors supply turn-on/-off delays and output voltage levels. In the event of a fault, response actions include complete power supply shutdown and optional restarts. Root cause of power faults are logged to EEPROM. For systems with high supply count, a simple single wire connection between multiple LTC2937 devices allows sequencing expansion to 300 supplies. After successful sequencing and supply voltage stabilization, the reset output pulls high to initiate microprocessor or other system activity. To accommodate supply margin testing, the reset output can be disabled. Upon supply turn-off, integrated current sources are available as needed to discharge slowly decaying supplies. The LTC4236 offers ideal diode-OR and Hot Swap functions for two power rails by controlling external N-channel MOSFETs. MOSFETs acting as ideal diodes replace two high power Schottky diodes and the associated heat sinks, saving power and board area. A Hot Swap control MOSFET allows a board to be safely inserted and removed from a live backplane by limiting inrush current. The supply output is also protected against short-circuit faults with a fast acting foldback current limit and electronic circuit breaker.The LTC4236 regulates the forward voltage drop across the ideal diode MOSFETs to ensure smooth current transfer from one supply to the other without oscillation. The ideal diode MOSFETs turn on quickly to reduce the load voltage droop during supply switchover. If the input supply fails or is shorted, a fast turn-off minimizes reverse current transients.A current sense amplifier translates the voltage across the sense resistor to a ground referenced signal. Operating from a 5V low voltage supply and using the internal reference and buffer, each channel of this SoftSpanTM ADC can be independently configured on a conversion-by-conversion basis to accept ±4.096, 0V to 4.096V, ±2.048V, or 0V to 2.048V signals.
