The DG201A differs from the DG211 primarilyin switching speeds. The DG201A has a maximumturn-off time of 450ns and a maximum turn-on time of600ns. The DG211 has a maximum turn-off time of500ns and a maximum turn-on time of 1000ns.Compared to the original manufacturer's products,Maxim's DG201A and DG211 consume significantlylower power making them better suited for portableapplications. The AD8221 is a gain programmable, high performance instrumentation amplifier that delivers the industry’s highest CMRR over frequency in its class. The CMRR of instrumentation amplifiers on the market today falls off at 200 Hz. In contrast, the AD8221 maintains a minimum CMRR of 80 dB to 10 kHz for all grades at G = 1. High CMRR over frequency allows the AD8221 to reject wideband interference and line harmonics, greatly simplifying filter requirements. Possible applications include precision data acquisition, biomedical analysis, and aerospace instrumentation. Low voltage offset, low offset drift, low gain drift, high gain accuracy, and high CMRR make this part an excellent choice in applications that demand the best dc performance possible, such as bridge signal conditioning. Programmable gain affords the user design flexibility. A single resistor sets the gain from 1 to 1000. The AD8221 operates on both single and dual supplies and is well suited for applications where ±10 V input voltages are encountered. The AD8221 is available in a low cost 8-lead SOIC and 8-lead MSOP, both of which offer the industry’s best performance. The MSOP requires half the board space of the SOIC, making it ideal for multichannel or space-constrained applications. Performance is specified over the entire industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C for all grades. Furthermore, the AD8221 is operational from −40°C to +125°C*. The ADL5246 is a high performance, low noise variable gain amplifier (VGA) optimized for multistandard base station receivers and point to point receive (Rx) and transmit (Tx) applications. The low noise figure and excellent linearity performance allow the device to be used in a variety of applications.The device consists of a low noise amplifier, a high linearity VGA, and a ½ W output driver stage. The variable attenuator networks are optimized to provide high linearity performance over the 45 dB gain control range. Gain is set using a unipolar control voltage from 0 V to 3.3 V. The output stage of the ADL5246 is an externally tuned ½ W driver amplifier, which allows the device to be optimized anywhere between the 0.6 GHzto 3 GHz range, with an average tuning bandwidth of 200 MHz wide. An external filter can be used between the VGA and the final driver amplifier. The ADL5246 can be biased between 3.3 V and 5 V to tradeoff between performance and power consumption.The ADL5246 is fabricated on an advanced GaAs process. The ADuM7223 is a 4A isolated, half-bridge gate driver that employ Analog Devices, Inc.?s iCoupler? technology to provide independent and isolated high-side and low-side outputs. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as the combination of pulse transformers and non-isolated gate drivers. By integrating the isolator and driver in a single package, propagation delay is a maximum of only 60 ns and the propagation skew from channel to channel is a maximum of only 7ns.The ADuM7223 provides two independent isolation channels.The ADuM7223 operates with an input supply ranging from 3.0 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems. The outputs operate in a wide range from 4.5V to 18V with three output voltage versions available. The 5 ? 5 mm, LGA package provides 565 V operating voltage from input to output and 700 V from output to output.In comparison to gate drivers employing high voltage level translation methodologies, these gate drivers offer the benefit of true, galvanic isolation between the input and each output. These 1 kV digital isolation devices are packaged in a small 20-lead QSOP.
