This device is a member of the ADSP-BF70x Blackfin Digital Signal Processor (DSP) product family. The new Blackfin+ processor core combines dual-MAC 16-bit, 32-bit MAC and 16-bit complex MAC in to a state-of-the-art signal processing engine. It also combines advantages of a clean, orthogonal RISC-like microprocessor instruction set, and single-instruction, multiple-data (SIMD) multimedia capabilities within a single instruction-set architecture. The ADP1614 is a step-up, dc-to-dc switching converter with an integrated power switch capable of providing an output voltage as high as 20V. The ADP1614 is available with a pin-adjustable current limit that is set via an external resistor with the boost switching frequency fixed to either 650kHz or 1.3MHz. Alternatively, theADP1614 is also available with fixed 3A current limit and a pin-selectable frequency.With a package height of 0.8mm, the ADP1614 is optimal for space constrained applications, such as portable devices or thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal displays (LCDs).The ADP1614 operates in current-mode pulse-width modulation (PWM) with up to 94% efficiency. The LT1031/LT0070 are precision 10V references with ultralow drift and noise, extremely good long term stability, and almost total immunity to input voltage variations. The reference output will both source and sink up to 10mA and can be used as a shunt regulator (two terminal Zener) with the same precision characteristics as the three terminal connection. Special care has been taken to minimize thermal regulation effects and temperature induced hysteresis.The LT1031 reference is based on a buried Zener diode structure which eliminates noise and stability problems associated with surface breakdown devices. Further, a subsurface Zener exhibits better temperature drift and time stability than even the best band-gap references.Unique circuit design makes the LT1031 the first three terminal IC reference to offer ultralow drift without the use of high power on-chip heaters.
