The LT3840 is a high voltage synchronous step-down switching regulator controller capable of operating from a 2.5V to 60V supply.The LT3840?s low quiescent current, when configured for user selectable Burst Mode operation, helps extend run time in battery-powered systems by increasing efficiency at light loads. The LT3840 uses a constant frequency, current mode architecture. High current applications are possible with large N-channel gate drivers capable of driving multiple low RDS(ON) MOSFETs.An integrated buck-boost switching regulator generates a 7.5V bias supply voltage for MOSFET gate drive and IC power allowing higher efficiency operation over the entire input voltage range and eliminating the need for an external bias voltage. An accurate current limit set point regulates the maximum output current. The LTM9013 is a 300MHz wideband, low IF receiver. Utilizing an integrated system in a package (SiP) technology, it is a ?Module? (micromodule) receiver that includes a dual high speed 14-bit A/D converter, lowpass filter, differential gain stages and a quadrature demodulator.The LTM9013 is perfect for wideband I/Q receiver applications, with AC performance that includes 59dB SNR and 1.3dB frequency flatness from DC to 300MHz. A highpass filter or simple AC coupling are used external to the device for design flexiblity. The integrated on-chip broadband transformers provide a 50? single-ended interface at the RF input.A 5V supply powers the demodulator and a 3.3V supply powers the IF amplifiers for minimal distortion. A 1.8V supply allows low power ADC operation. A separate output supply allows the DDR LVDS outputs to drive 1.8V logic. An optional multiplexer allows both channels to share a digital output bus. The LT4363 surge stopper protects loads from high voltage transients. It regulates the output during an overvoltage event, such as load dump in vehicles, by controlling the gate of an external N-channel MOSFET. The output is limited to a safe value allowing the loads to continue functioning. The LT4363 also monitors the voltage drop between the SNS and OUT pins to protect against overcurrent faults. An internal amplifier limits the voltage across the current sense resistor to 50mV. In either fault condition, a timer is started inversely proportional to MOSFET stress. Before the timer expires, the FLT pin pulls low to warn of an impending power down. If the condition persists, the MOSFET is turned off. The LT4363-1 remains off until reset whereas the LT4363-2 restarts after a cool down period.Two precision comparators can monitor the input supply for overvoltage (OV) and undervoltage (UV) conditions. When the potential is below the UV threshold, the external MOSFET is kept off. If the input supply voltage is above the OV threshold, the MOSFET is not allowed to turn back on. Back-to-back MOSFETs can be used in lieu of a Schottky diode for reverse input protection, reducing voltage drop and power loss. The LTC3350 is a backup power controller that can charge and monitor a series stack of one to four supercapacitors. The LTC3350?s synchronous step-down controller drives N?channel MOSFETs for constant current/constant voltage charging with programmable input current limit. In addition, the step-down converter can run in reverse as a step-up converter to deliver power from the supercapacitor stack to the backup supply rail. Internal balancers eliminate the need for external balance resistors and each capacitor has a shunt regulator for overvoltage protection.The LTC3350 monitors system voltages, currents, stack capacitance and stack ESR which can all be read over the I2C/SMBus. The dual ideal diode controller uses N-channel MOSFETs for low loss power paths from the input and supercapacitors to the backup system supply. Demonstration circuit 2020A is a 60VIN, 80VOUT LED driver. It generates its own PWMOUT waveform from its internal PWM generator for accurate PWM dimming with up to 33:1 brightness ratio. It accepts an input voltage from 5V to 60V and drives up to 67V of LEDs at 300mA (when PVIN is less than VLED). DC2020A features both PWM and analog dimming of the LED string. It has an OPENLED flag that indicates when the LED string has been removed. DC2020A features high efficiency at 350kHz switching frequency. At high LED string voltages up to 67V and 300mA of LED current, the single switch controller has 92% efficiency. The LT3955 has an internal 80V, 3.5A switch that simplifies the schematic and layout.

This device features per-channel SoftSpan configuration with five output ranges: 0V to 5V, 0V to 10V, ±2.5V, ±5V, and ±10V. A toggle feature allows any or all DACs to switch between two programmed codes via a single SPI command or by the TGP input pin. The versatile SPI interface can operate on any logic level between 1.71V and 5.5V, for easy interface to lower voltage microcontrollers or FPGAs.
