The AD5766/AD5767 are 16-channel, 16-bit/12-bit, voltage output denseDAC? digital-to-analog converters (DACs).The DACs generate output voltage ranges from an external 2.5 V reference. Depending on the voltage range selected, the midpoint of the output span can be adjusted, allowing a minimum output voltage as low as ?20 V or a maximum output voltage of up to +14 V. Each of the 16 channels can be monitored with an integrated output voltage multiplexer.The AD5766/AD5767 have integrated output buffers that can sink or source up to 20 mA. In conjunction with these buffers, a low frequency signal can be superimposed onto each DAC output via dedicated dither pins. These dedicated dither pins simplify the system design by reducing the number of external components required for a similar external implementation, like operational amplifiers or resistors. The reduction of external components makes the AD5766/AD5767 suitable for indium phosphide Mach Zehnder modulator (InP MZM) biasing applications.The devices incorporate a power-on reset (POR) circuit that ensures that the DAC outputs are clamped to ground on power up and remain at this level until the output range of the DAC is configured. The outputs of all DACs are updated through register configuration, with the added functionality of user-selectable DAC channels to be simultaneously updated.The AD5766/AD5767 use a versatile 4-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates of up to 50 MHz for write mode and is compatible with serial peripheral interface (SPI), QSPI?, MICROWIRE?, and DSP interface standards. The AD5766/ AD5767 also contain a VLOGIC pin intended for 1.8 V/3.3 V/5 V logic.The AD5766/AD5767 are available in a 4 mm ? 4 mm WLCSP package and a 40-lead LFCSP package. The LTC2404/LTC2408 are 4-/8-channel 2.7V to 5.5V micropower 24-bit A/D converters with an integrated oscillator, 4ppm INL and 0.3ppm RMS noise. They use delta-sigma technology and provide single cycle digital filter settling time (no latency delay) for multiplexed applications. The first conversion after the channel is changed is always valid. Through a single pin the LTC2404/LTC2408 can be configured for better than 110dB rejection at 50Hz or 60Hz ?2%, or can be driven by an external oscillator for a user defined rejection frequency in the range 1Hz to 120Hz. The internal oscillator requires no external frequency setting components. The converters accept any external reference voltage from 0.1V to VCC. With their extended input conversion range of ?12.5% VREF to 112.5% VREF the LTC2404/LTC2408 smoothly resolve the offset and overrange problems of preceding sensors or signal conditioning circuits. The LTC4310 provides bidirectional I2C communications between two I2C buses whose grounds are isolated from one another. Each LTC4310 encodes I2C bus logic states into signals that are transmitted across an isolation barrier to another LTC4310. The receiving LTC4310 decodes the transmission and drives its l2C bus to the appropriate logic state. The isolation barrier can be bridged by an inexpensive Ethernet, or other transformer, to achieve communications across voltage differences reaching thousands of volts, or it can be bridged by capacitors for lower voltage isolation. The LTC4310-1 is intended for use in 100kHz I2C systems. The LTC4310-2 is intended for 400kHz I2C systems.Rise time accelerators provide strong pull-up currents on SCL and SDA rising edges to meet rise time specifications for heavily loaded systems. Data and clock Hot Swap? circuitry prevent data corruption when a card is inserted into or removed from a live bus. When a bus is stuck low for 37ms, the LTC4310 turns off its pull-down devices and generates up to sixteen clocks and a STOP bit in an attempt to free the bus. The AD7328 is an 8-channel, 12-bit plus sign, successive approximation ADC designed on the?iCMOS? (industrial CMOS) process.?iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage parts could achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can accept bipolar input signals while providing increased performance, dramatically reduced power consumption, and reduced package size.The AD7328 can accept true bipolar analog input signals. The AD7328 has four software-selectable input ranges, ?10 V, ?5 V, ?2.5 V, and 0 V to +10 V. Each analog input channel can be independently programmed to one of the four input ranges. The analog input channels on the AD7328 can be programmed to be single-ended, true differential, or pseudo differential.The ADC contains a 2.5 V internal reference. The AD7328 also allows for external reference operation. If a 3 V reference is applied to the REFIN/OUT pin, the AD7328 can accept a true bipolar ?12 V analog input. Minimum ?12 V VDD and VSS supplies are required for the ?12 V input range.
