The LT4295 is an IEEE 802.3af/at/bt-compliant powered device (PD) interface controller with a switching regulator controller. The T2P output indicates the number of classification events received during IEEE 802.3bt-compliant mutual identification and negotiation of available power.The LT4295 supports both forward and flyback power supply topologies. The flyback topology supports No-Opto feedback. The LT8362 is a current mode DC/DC converter with a 60V, 2A switch operating from a 2.8V to 60V input. With a unique single feedback pin architecture it is capable of boost, SEPIC or inverting configurations. Burst Mode operation consumes as low as 9?A quiescent current to maintain high efficiency at very low output currents, while keeping typical output ripple below 15mV.An external compensation pin allows optimization of loop bandwidth over a wide range of input and output voltages and programmable switching frequencies between 300kHz and 2MHz. 18V, 10A Synchronous Step-Down Silent Switcher 2

Demonstration circuit 2560A is a 18V, 10A synchronous
step-down Silent Switcher®2 with spread spectrum frequency
modulation featuring the LT8642S. The demo
board is designed for 1.2V output from a 2.8V to 18V
input. The LT8642S is a compact, ultralow emission,
high efficiency, and high speed synchronous monolithic
step-down switching regulator. The integrated bypass
capacitors optimize all the fast current loops and make it
easier to minimize EMI/EMC emissions by reducing layout
sensitivity. Selectable spread spectrum mode can further
improve EMI/EMC performance. Fast minimum on-time
of 20ns enables high VIN to low VOUT conversion at high
frequency.
The LT8642S switching frequency can be programmed
either via a resistor or external clock over a 200kHz
to 3MHz range. The default frequency of demo circuit
2560A is 2MHz. The SYNC pin on the demo board is
grounded (JP1 at BURST position) by default for low
ripple Burst Mode® operation. To synchronize to an
external clock, move JP1 to SYNC and apply the external
clock to the SYNC terminal. Spread spectrum mode and
forced continuous mode can be selected respectively by
moving JP1 shunt.
The demo board has an EMI filter installed. This EMI filter
can be included by applying the input voltage at the VIN_
EMI terminal.
The LT8642S data sheet gives a complete description of
the part, operation and application information. The data
sheet must be read in conjunction with this demo manual
for demo circuit 2560A. The LT8643S is assembled in a
4mm × 4mm LQFN package with exposed pads for low
thermal resistance. The layout recommendations for low
EMI operation and maximum thermal performance are
available in the data sheet section Low EMI PCB Layout
and Thermal Considerations.

Demonstration circuit 2910A is low VIN, high efficiency, and dual 2A output µModule DC/DC converter. The board operates by default at a fixed 2MHz and can be synchronized from 1MHz to 3MHz via the MODE/SYNC pin. With its high switching frequency and current mode architecture, a fast transient response to line and load changes is possible without sacrificing stability. The DC2910A can be used in forced continuous mode or pulse skip mode for low noise, or in burst mode operation for high efficiency at light loads. The demo board features the LTM4691, which is available in a low profile 3mm x 4mm x 1.2mm LGA package. Please see the LTM4691 datasheet for more detailed information.
It is recommended to read the data sheet for the LTM4691 prior to making any changes to the DC2910A.

The ADP2126 /?ADP2127 are high frequency, step-down, dc-to-dc converters optimized for portable applications in which board area and battery life are critical constraints. The fixed 6 MHz operating frequency enables the use of tiny ceramic inductors and capacitors and the regulators use spread spectrum frequency modulation to reduce EMI. Additionally, synchronous rectification improves efficiency and results in fewer external components.At high load currents, the ADP2126 / ADP2127 use a voltage regulating pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode that maintains a constant frequency with excellent stability and transient response. Light load operation is determined by the state of the MODE pin. In forced PWM mode, the converter continues operating in PWM for light loads. Under light load conditions in auto mode, the ADP2126 / ADP2127 automatically enter a power-saving mode, which uses pulse frequency modulation (PFM) to reduce the effective switching frequency, thus ensuring the longest battery life in portable applications.The ADP2126 / ADP2127 are enabled by a 6 MHz to 27 MHz external clock signal applied to the EXTCLK pin. Certain models can also be enabled with a logic high signal. When the external clock is not switching and in a low logic state, the ADP2126 / ADP2127 stop regulating and shut down to draw less than 0.3 ?A (typical) from the source.The ADP2126 / ADP2127 have an input voltage range of 2.1 V to 5.5 V, allowing the use of single Li+/Li polymer cell, three-cell alkaline, NiMH cell, and other standard power sources. The ADP2126 / ADP2127 are internally compensated to minimize external components and can source up to 500 mA. The ADP2138 and ADP2139 are high efficiency, low quiescent current, synchronous step-down dc-to-dc converters. The ADP2139 has the additional feature of an internal discharge switch. The total solution requires only three tiny external components. When the MODE pin is set high, the buck regulator operates in forced PWM mode, which provides low peak-to-peak ripple for power supply noise sensitive loads at the expense of light load efficiency. When the MODE pin is set low, the buck regulator automatically switches operating modes, depending on the load current level. At higher output loads, the buck regulator operates in PWM mode. When the load current falls below a predefined threshold, the regulator operates in power save mode (PSM), improving light load efficiency.The ADP2138/ADP2139 operate on input voltages of 2.3 V to 5.5 V, which allows for single lithium or lithium polymer cell, multiple alkaline or NiMH cell, PCMCIA, USB, and other standard power sources. The maximum load current of 800 mA is achievable across the input voltage range.The ADP2138/ADP2139 are available in fixed output voltages of 3.3 V, 3.0 V, 2.8 V, 2.5 V, 1.8 V, 1.5 V, 1.2 V, 1.0 V, and 0.8 V. All versions include an internal power switch and synchronous rectifier for minimal external part count and high efficiency. The ADP2138/ADP2139 have internal soft start and they are internally compensated.
