The LTC4246 contains eight switches, each with an independent circuit breaker function. It is particularly well suited for extremely space constrained designs. Each switch can operate completely autonomously or be arbitrarily grouped with other switches that will respond together to the fault of any single device within its group. Optionally, channel grouping may be extended to multiple LTC4246 devices by selecting the FIN# (fault input) pin as part of a channel group. A required bias supply between 2.5V to 5V allows the switches to independently operate from 13.2V down to 0V. The LTC4246 provides an SPI serial interface to enable, disable and configure the timing and current thresholds of each channel as well as provide status to each channel?s fault state.A common open-drain FAULT status output indicates if any switch has opened due to a circuit breaker event.APPLICATIONSATE Wafer Probe ElectronicsScope Probe ProtectionIndustrial ControlRelay Replacement

AD8264-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8264 is a quad, linear-in-dB, general-purpose, variable gain amplifier (VGA) with a preamplifier (preamp), and a flexible differential output buffer. DC coupling, combined with wide bandwidth, makes this amplifier a very good pulse processor. Each channel includes a single-ended input preamp/VGA section to preserve the wide bandwidth and fast slew rate for low distortion pulse applications. A 6 dB differential output buffer with common-mode and offset adjustments enable direct coupling to most modern high speed analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), using the converter reference output for perfect dc matching levels. The ?3 dB bandwidth of the preamp/VGA is dc to 235 MHz, and the bandwidth of the differential driver is 80 MHz. The floating gain control interface provides a precise linear-in-dB scale of 20 dB/V and is easy to interface to a variety of external circuits. The gain of each channel is adjusted independently, and all channels are referenced to a single pin, GNLO. Combined with a multioutput, digital-to-analog converter (DAC), each section of the AD8264 can be used for active calibration or as a trim amplifier.Operation from a bipolar power supply enables amplification of negative voltage pulses generated by current-sinking pulses into a grounded load, such as is typical of photodiodes or photomultiplier tubes (PMT). Delay-free processing of wideband video signals is also possible.Applications Multichannel data acquisition Positron emission tomography Gain trim Industrial and medical ultrasound Radar receivers

ADL6012-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL6012 is a versatile, broadband envelope detector that operates from 2 GHz to 67 GHz. The combination of a wide, 500 MHz envelope bandwidth and a fast, 0.6 ns rise time makes the device suitable for a wide range of applications, including wideband envelope tracking, transmitter local oscillator (LO) leakage corrections, and high resolution pulse (radar) detection. The response of the ADL6012 is stable over a wide frequency range and features excellent temperature stability. Enabled by propriety technology, the device independently detects the positive and the negative envelopes of the RF input. Even order distortion at the RF input due to nonlinear source loading is also reduced when compared to classic diode detector architectures. The quasi differential output interface formed by the VENV+ and VENV? pins has a matched, 100 ? differential output impedance designed to drive a 100 ? differential load and up to 2 pF of capacitance to ground on each output. The output interface provides the detected and amplified positive and negative envelopes, which are level shifted using an externally applied voltage to the VOCM interface. This configuration simplifies interfacing to a high speed analog-to-digital converter (ADC).The ADL6012 is specified for operation from ?55?C to +125?C, and is available in a 10-lead, 3 mm ? 2 mm LFCSP.Applications Envelope tracking Microwave point to point links Microwave instrumentation Military radios Pulse radar receivers Wideband power amplifier linearization

ADRV9026-MB/PCBZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADRV9026 is a highly integrated, radio frequency (RF) agile transceiver offering four independently controlled transmitters, dedicated observation receiver inputs for monitoring each transmitter channel, four independently controlled receivers, integrated synthesizers, and digital signal processing functions providing a complete transceiver solution. The device provides the performance demanded by cellular infrastructure applications, such as small cell base station radios, macro 3G/4G/5G systems, and massive multiple in/multiple out (MIMO) base stations. The receiver subsystem consists of four independent, wide bandwidth, direct conversion receivers with wide dynamic range. The four independent transmitters use a direct conversion modulator resulting in low noise operation with low power consumption. The device also includes two wide bandwidth, time shared, observation path receivers with two inputs each for monitoring transmitter outputs. The complete transceiver subsystem includes automatic and manual attenuation control, dc offset correction, quadrature error correction (QEC), and digital filtering, eliminating the need for these functions in the digital baseband. Other auxiliary functions such as analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), digital-to-analog converters (DACs), and general-purpose input/outputs (GPIOs) that provide an array of digital control options are also integrated. To achieve a high level of RF performance, the transceiver includes five fully integrated phase-locked loops (PLLs). Two PLLs provide low noise and low power fractional-N RF synthesis for the transmitter and receiver signal paths. A third fully integrated PLL supports an independent local oscillator (LO) mode for the observation receiver. The fourth PLL generates the clocks needed for the converters and digital circuits, and a fifth PLL provides the clock for the serial data interface. A multichip synchronization mechanism synchronizes the phase of all LOs and baseband clocks between multiple ADRV9026 chips. All voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) and loop filter components are integrated and adjustable through the digital control interface. The serial data interface consists of four serializer lanes and four deserializer lanes. The interface supports both the JESD204B and JESD204C standards, operating at data rates up to 24.33 Gbps. The interface also supports interleaved mode for lower bandwidths, thus reducing the number of high speed data interface lanes to one. Both fixed and floating-point data formats are supported. The floating-point format allows internal automatic gain control (AGC) to be invisible to the demodulator device. The ADRV9026 is powered directly from 1.0 V, 1.3 V, and 1.8 V regulators and is controlled via a standard serial peripheral interface (SPI) serial port. Comprehensive power-down modes are included to minimize power consumption in normal use. The ADRV9026 is packaged in a 14 mm ? 14 mm, 289-ball chip scale ball grid array (CSP_BGA).Applications 3G/4G/5G TDD and FDD massive MIMO, macro and small cell base stations

The LT8550 is a multiphase expander for synchronous buck DC/DC converters. It operates in tandem with any buck DC/DC converter to increase the load current capability by adding additional phases, which are clocked outof-phase to reduce ripple current and filtering capacitance. It easily adds phases without the need to route sensitive feedback and control signals. The LT8550 integrates gate drivers and can support up to four buck phases per device. Multiple LT8550?s can be used for up to 18 phases. It accurately monitors and adjusts the current of each channel to achieve excellent DC and transient current sharing. The LT8550 operates over a fixed frequency from 100kHz to 1MHz, or can be synchronized to an external clock.??Applications??
