The ADL8104 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), low noise, wideband, high linearity amplifier that operates from 0.4 GHz to 7.5 GHz.The ADL8104 provides a typical gain of 15 dB at 0.6 GHz to 6 GHz, a 3.5 dB typical noise figure at 0.4 GHz to 6 GHz, a 20 dBm typical output power for 1 dB compression (OP1dB) at 0.6 GHz to 6 GHz, and a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 32 dBm at 0.6 GHz to 6 GHz, requiring only 150 mA from a 5 V drain supply voltage. The low noise amplifier has a high output second-order intercept (OIP2) of 52 dBm typical at 0.6 GHz to 6 GHz, making the ADL8104 suitable for military and test instrumentation applications.The ADL8104 also features inputs and outputs that are internally matched to 50 ?. This demo circuit is configured to deliver a 5.0V output from an input voltage between 6.0V to 40V at a switching frequency of 2MHz. The wide input range of the LTM8003 allows a variety of input sources such as automotive batteries and industrial supplies. Under light load conditions, the available Burst Mode® operation supports high efficiency with low output ripple.

The ADP1974 is a constant frequency, voltage mode, synchronous, pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller for bidirectional dc-to-dc applications. The ADP1974 is designed for use in battery testing, formation, and conditioning applications with an external, high voltage field effect transistor (FET) half bridge driver, and an external control device such as the AD8450/AD8451. The device operates as a buck converter in battery charge mode and as a boost converter in discharge mode to recycle energy to the input bus.The ADP1974 high voltage VIN supply pin can withstand a maximum operating voltage of 60 V and reduces the need for additional system supply voltages. The ADP1974 has integrated features such as precision enable, internal and external synchronization control with programmable phase shift, programmable maximum duty cycle, dead time control, and peak hiccup current-limit protection. Additional protection features include soft start to limit input inrush current during startup, precision enable, and thermal shutdown (TSD). The ADP1974 also has a COMP pin to provide external control of the PWM duty cycle and a FAULT pin that can disable the DH and DL outputs. The AD8224 is the first single-supply, JFET input instrumentation amplifier available in the space-saving 16-lead, 4 mm ? 4 mm LFCSP. It requires the same board area as a typical single instrumentation amplifier yet doubles the channel density and offers a lower cost per channel without compromising performance.Designed to meet the needs of high performance, portable instrumentation, the AD8224 has a minimum common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 86 dB at dc and a minimum CMRR of 80 dB at 10 kHz for G = 1. Maximum input bias current is 10 pA and typically remains below 300 pA over the entire industrial temperature range. Despite the JFET inputs, the AD8224 typically has a noise corner of only 10 Hz.With the proliferation of mixed-signal processing, the number of power supplies required in each system has grown.Designed to alleviate this problem, the AD8224 can operate on a ?18 V dual supply, as well as on a single +5 V supply. The device?s rail-to-rail output stage maximizes dynamic range on the low voltage supplies common in portable applications. Its ability to run on a single 5 V supply eliminates the need for higher voltage, dual supplies. The AD8224 draws 750 ?A of quiescent current per amplifier, making it ideal for battery powered devices.In addition, the AD8224 can be configured as a single-channel, differential output, instrumentation amplifier. Differential outputs provide high noise immunity, which can be useful when the output signal must travel through a noisy environment, such as with remote sensors. The LTC2325-14 is a low noise, high speed quad 14-bit + sign successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with differential inputs and wide input common mode range. Operating from a single 3.3V or 5V supply, the LTC2325-14 has an 8VP-P differential input range, making it ideal for applications which require a wide dynamic range with high common mode rejection. The LTC2325-14 achieves ?1LSB INL typical, no missing codes at 14 bits and 81dB SNR.The LTC2325-14 has an onboard low drift (20ppm/?C max) 2.048V or 4.096V temperature-compensated reference. The LTC2325-14 also has a high speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports CMOS or LVDS. The fast 5Msps per channel throughput with one cycle latency makes the LTC2325-14 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. The DC-1352A-A is for the LTC3857EGN-1, which offers lower quiescent current and smaller burst mode ripple, while the DC1352A-B is for the LTC3858EGN-1 which offers latch-off protection and increased burst mode efficiency.

LTC3894 150V Low IQ Step-Down DC/DC Converter with 100% Duty Cycle Capability

Demonstration circuit 2506A is a high voltage, currentmode DC/DC step-down converter featuring the LTC3894. The board operates from an input range of 6V to 150V, and provides a 5V, 3A output. The PMOSFET architecture allows it to operate seamlessly up to 100% duty cycle, and function as a saturated switch below the regulation threshold. This application has undervoltage lockout programmed for a 6V minimum input to assure adequate gate drive for the MOSFET. It operates at 150kHz and may be synchronized to an external clock. A soft-start feature controls output voltage slew rate at start-up, reducing current surge and voltage overshoot. Burst Mode operation that improves efficiency at light loads can be enabled with a jumper. A power good output signal is provided. This board is suitable for a wide range of automotive, telecom, industrial, and other applications. The LTC3894 is available in a thermally enhanced 20-pin TSSOP package with skipped leads to accommodate high voltage creepage and clearance requirements.
