The AD9961/AD9963 are pin-compatible, 10-/12-bit, lowpower MxFE? converters that provide two ADC channels withsample rates of 100 MSPS and two DAC channels with samplerates to 170 MSPS. The LTC2446/LTC2447 4-terminal switching enables multiplexed ratiometric measurements.
