The LTM8053 is a 40VIN, 3.5A continuous, 6A peak step-down ?Module? (power module) regulator. Included in the package are the switching controller, power switches, inductor, and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 3.4V to 40V, the LTM8053 / LTM8053- 1 supports an output voltage range of 0.97V to 15V and a switching frequency range of 200kHz to 3MHz, each set by a single resistor. Only the input and output filter capacitors are needed to finish the design. The LTM8053-1 can operate in forced continuous mode.The low profile package enables utilization of unused space on the bottom of PC boards for high density point of load regulation. The LTM8053 / LTM8053-1 is packaged in a thermally enhanced, compact over-molded ball grid array (BGA) package suitable for automated assembly by standard surface mount equipment. The ADP3303 is a member of the ADP3300, ADP3301, andADP3309 family of precision low dropout anyCAP voltage regulators. The ADP3303 stands out from the conventional LDOs with a different architecture, an enhanced process, and adifferent package. Its patented design requires only a 0.47 μFoutput capacitor for stability. This device is insensitive to capacitor Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) and is stable with any good quality capacitor, including ceramic types (MLCC) forspace restricted applications. The ADM1293 and ADM1294 are high accuracy integrated digital power monitors that offer digital current, voltage, and power monitoring using an on-chip, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), communicated through a PMBus? compliant I2C interface.These devices acquire the current by measuring the voltage difference across the external sense resistor. This voltage is amplified and digitized by an internal 12-bit ADC. The same ADC can also sample the primary input voltage and an auxiliary input voltage. The internal digital block can perform multiplication of the current and primary input voltage for power calculation. The ADM1293/ADM1294 also feature a power accumulator for energy metering. An industry-standard PMBus interface allows a master controller to read back these data from the device. The master controller can then combine this information with a known sense resistor value to calculate the current, voltage, power, and energy consumption over time on the monitored rail.In conditions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overpower, the ADM1293/ADM1294 devices can generate an interrupt signal to the microprocessor through the GPOx/ALERTx outputs. The threshold for these conditions is digitally programmed via PMBus.The ADM1293 is designed for high-side supply monitoring with a voltage monitoring range from 0 V to 20 V. The ADM1294 is designed for low-side supply monitoring. Demonstration circuit 1352A is a low quiescent current, dual output 2-phase, synchronous buck converter demo board featuring the LTC3857EGN-1 or LTC3858EGN-1. It features a 4.5V to 36V input voltage range and provides 3.3V / 5A and 8.5V / 3A outputs. Two versions of the board are available. The DC-1352A-A is for the LTC3857EGN-1, which offers lower quiescent current and smaller burst mode ripple, while the DC1352A-B is for the LTC3858EGN-1 which offers latch-off protection and increased burst mode efficiency.

Demonstration circuit 2506A is a high voltage, currentmode DC/DC step-down converter featuring the LTC3894. The board operates from an input range of 6V to 150V, and provides a 5V, 3A output. The PMOSFET architecture allows it to operate seamlessly up to 100% duty cycle, and function as a saturated switch below the regulation threshold. This application has undervoltage lockout programmed for a 6V minimum input to assure adequate gate drive for the MOSFET. It operates at 150kHz and may be synchronized to an external clock. A soft-start feature controls output voltage slew rate at start-up, reducing current surge and voltage overshoot. Burst Mode operation that improves efficiency at light loads can be enabled with a jumper. A power good output signal is provided. This board is suitable for a wide range of automotive, telecom, industrial, and other applications. The LTC3894 is available in a thermally enhanced 20-pin TSSOP package with skipped leads to accommodate high voltage creepage and clearance requirements. The LT8705A is a high performance buck-boost switching regulator controller that operates from input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage. The part has integrated input current, input voltage, output current and output voltage feedback loops. With a wide 2.8V to 80V input and 1.3V to 80V output range, the LT8705A is compatible with most solar, automotive, telecom and battery-powered systems. The LT8705A is an improved pin compatible version of the LT8705 and is recommended for new designs. Demonstration circuit 2268A-F is a high efficiency, high density, dual 8A, switch mode step-down power supply on a compact 1.5' × 1.2' PCB. It features the LTM4630A μModule® regulator. The input voltage is from 4.5V to 15V. The output voltage is programmable from 0.6V to 5.3V. DC2268A-F can deliver up to 18A maximum in each channel. As explained in the data sheet, output current derating is necessary for certain VIN, VOUT, and thermal conditions. The board operates in continuous conduction mode in heavy load conditions. For high efficiency at low load currents, the resistor jumper (R1/R2) selects pulse-skipping mode for noise sensitive applications or Burst-Mode® in less noise sensitive applications. Two outputs can be connected in parallel for a single 36A output solution with optional jumper resistors. The board allows the user to program how its output ramps up and down through the TRACK/SS pin. Remote output voltage sensing is available for improved output voltage regulation at the load point. An optional input inductor L1 reduces the EMI noise for noise sensitive applications. DC2268A can be easily inserted to an edge connector for testing and debugging. These features and the availability of the LTM4630A in a compact 16mm × 16mm × 4.41mm LGA package make it ideal for use in many high-density point-of-load regulation applications.
