The ADG901/ADG902 are wideband switches that use a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process to provide high isolation and low insertion loss to 1 GHz. The ADG901 is an absorptive (matched) switch with 50 ? terminated shunt legs, while the ADG902 is a reflective switch. These devices are designed such that the isolation is high over the dc to 1 GHz frequency range. These switches enable the user to pass dc signals up to 0.5 V without the use of a dc blocking capacitor. They have on-board CMOS control logic, thus eliminating the need for external controlling circuitry. The control inputs are both CMOS and LVTTL compatible. The LTC5584 is a direct conversion quadrature demodulator optimized for high linearity receiver applications in the 30MHz to 1.4GHz frequency range. It is also usable in the 10MHz to 30MHz and 1.4GHz to 2GHz ranges with reduced performance. It is suitable for communications receivers where an RF signal is directly converted into I and Q baseband signals with bandwidth of 530MHz or higher. The LTC5584 incorporates balanced I and Q mixers, LO buffer amplifiers and a precision, high frequency quadrature phase shifter. In addition, the LTC5584 provides four analog control voltage interface pins for IIP2 and DC offset correction, greatly simplifying system calibration.The high linearity of the LTC5584 provides excellent spurfree dynamic range for the receiver. This direct conversion demodulator can eliminate the need for intermediate frequency (IF) signal processing, as well as the corresponding requirements for image filtering and IF filtering. HMC750 is a limiting amplifier designed to support data transmission rates up to 12.5 Gbps. The amplifier can operate over a wide range of input voltage levels and provides constant-level differential output swing. HMC750 also features an output level control pin, VC1, which allows for loss compensation or for signal level optimization. Differential output signal swing can be adjustable up to 880 mVp-p. Input signals higher than 3 mVp-p can be amplified to saturated 880 mVp-p differential signal.All single-ended input signals to the HMC750 are terminated with 50 ohms to +5V on-chip, and may be either AC or DC coupled. The outputs of the HMC750 may be operated either differentially or single-ended. The HMC959LC3 is a Divide-by-4 with Reset designed to support clock frequencies as high as 26 GHz. During normal operation, with the reset pin not asserted, the output toggles from its prior state on the positive edge of the clock. This results in a divide-by-four function of the clock input. Asserting the reset pin forces the Q output low regardless of the clock edge state (asynchronous reset assertion). Reversing the clock inputs allows for negative-edge triggered applications.
