The ADRF5026 is a nonreflective, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) radio frequency (RF) switch manufactured in a silicon process.The ADRF5026 operates from 100 MHz to 44 GHz with better than 3.8 dB of insertion loss and 45 dB of isolation. The ADRF5026 features an all off control, where both RF ports are in an isolation state. The ADRF5026 has a nonreflective design and both of the RF ports are internally terminated to 50 ?. The ADRF5026 requires a dual-supply voltage of +3.3 V and ?3.3 V. The device employs complimentary metal-oxide semiconductor/low-voltage transistor-transistor logic (CMOS/LVTTL) logic-compatible controls.The ADRF5026 is pin-compatible with the ADRF5027 low frequency cutoff version, which operates from 9 kHz to 44 GHz. The ADRF5026 RF ports are designed to match a characteristic impedance of 50 ?. For ultrawideband products, impedance matching on the RF transmission lines can further optimize high frequency insertion loss and return loss characteristics. The LT5538 is a 40MHz to 3800MHz monolithic logarithmic RF power detector, capable of measuring RF signals over a wide dynamic range, from ?75dBm to 10dBm. The RF signal in an equivalent decibel-scaled value is precisely converted into DC voltage on a linear scale. The wide linear dynamic range is achieved by measuring the RF signal using cascaded RF limiters and RF detectors. Their outputs are summed to generate an accurate linear DC voltage proportional to the input RF signal in dBm. The LT5538 delivers superior temperature stable output (within ?1dB over full temperature range) from 40MHz to 3.8GHz. Demonstration circuit DC2070A is optimized for evaluation of the LTC5577 high signal level active downconverting mixer. Its RF input port is matched to 50Ω from 1.3GHz to 4.3GHz with 12dB return loss, and the LO port is matched to 50Ω from 950MHz to 4.1GHz with 10dB return loss. The RF and LO inputs are easily matched for higher or lower frequencies with simple external matching, as low as 350MHz and 300MHz, respectively. The low capacitance differential IF output is usable up to 1.5GHz. The LTC5577 active mixer is optimized for RF downconverting applications that require high input signal handling capability and wide bandwidth.

Demonstration circuit 2091A is optimized for evaluation of the LTC5599 low power direct quadrature modulator. The balanced I and Q baseband input ports can be either AC- or DC-coupled to a source with a common mode voltage level of about 1.4V. Fixed LC networks on the LO and RF ports cover a continuous 90MHz to 1300MHz range. The SPI interface controls the supply current, modulator gain, and allows optimization of the LO carrier feedthrough and side-band suppression.

The HMC1030LP5E is a dual-channel RMS power detector designed for high accuracy RF power signal measurement and control applications over the 0.1 to 3.9 GHz frequency range. The device can be used with input signals having RMS values from -60 dBm to +10 dBm referenced to 50 Ohm and large crest factors with no accuracy degradation. Each RMS detection channel is fully specified for operation up to 3.9 GHz, over a wide dynamic range of 70 dB. The HMC1030LP5E operates from a single +5V supply and provides two linear-in-dB detection outputs at the RMSA and RMSB pins with scaled slopes of 37 mV/dB. The RMSA and RMSB channel outputs provide RMS detection performance in terms of dynamic range, logarithmic linearity and temperature stability similar to Hittite?s HMC1021LP4E RMS Detector. The RMSA and RMSB outputs provide a read of average input signal power, or true-RMS power. Frequency detection up to 3.9 GHz is possible, with excellent channel matching of less than 1 dB, over a wide range of input frequencies and with low temperature drift.
