The AD5668 device is a low power, octal, 16-bit, buffered voltage-output DAC. All devicesoperate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and are guaranteedmonotonic by design. The AD5668 and AD5628 are available inboth a 4 mm ? 4 mm LFCSP and a 16-lead TSSOP, while theAD5648 is available in both a 14-lead and 16-lead TSSOP.The AD5628/AD5648/AD5668 have an on-chip reference withan internal gain of 2. The AD5628-1/AD5648-1/AD5668-1 havea 1.25 V 5 ppm/?C reference, giving a full-scale output rangeof 2.5 V; the AD5628-2/AD5648-2/AD5668-2 and AD5668-3 havea 2.5 V 5 ppm/?C reference, giving a full-scale output range of5 V. The on-board reference is off at power-up, allowing the useof an external reference. The internal reference is enabled via asoftware write.The part incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures that theDAC output powers up to 0 V (AD5628-1/AD5648-1/AD5668-1,AD5628-2/AD5648-2/AD5668-2) or midscale (AD5668-3) andremains powered up at this level until a valid write takes place.The part contains a power-down feature that reduces the currentconsumption of the device to 400 nA at 5 V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode for any or allDAC channels. The outputs of all DACs can be updated simultaneouslyusing the LDAC function, with the added functionalityof user-selectable DAC channels to simultaneously update. The ADL5565 is a high performance differential amplifier optimized for RF and IF applications. The amplifier offers low noise of 1.5 nV/√Hz and excellent distortion performance over a wide frequency range making it an ideal driver for high speed 8-bit to 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).The ADL5565 provides three gain levels of 6 dB, 12 dB, and 15.5 dB through a pin strappable configuration. For the single-ended input configuration, the gains are reduced to 5.3 dB, 10.3 dB, and 13 dB. Using two external series resistors expands the gain flexibility of the amplifier and allows for any gain selection from 0 dB to 15.5 dB for a differential input and 0 dB to 13 dB for a single-ended input.The quiescent current of the ADL5565 is typically 70 mA, and when disabled, consumes less than 5 mA with −25 dB of input-to-output isolation at 100 MHz.The device is optimized for wideband, low distortion, and noise performance, giving it unprecedented performance for overall spurious-free dynamic range. The AD8214 is a fast response, high common-mode voltage, current shunt comparator. The device operates on the high side rail of any DC current sensing application, provided the voltage is between 5 V and 65 V. Internally, the AD8214 features a fast comparator that is optimized for high side operation. An internal Zener regulator powers the circuit with respect to the high side DC rail. In addition, user access to this 2.4V regulator, allows for setting a comparator threshold voltage via external resistors. The AD8214 will compare the voltage across the shunt resistor to this user-selected threshold, and the AD8214 output will change states from low to high, indicating the current across the shunt has crossed the threshold level.The input to output response time of the AD8214 is typically less than 100 ns. This makes the device optimal for overcurrent protection in applications such as motor and solenoid control. Built-in comparator hysteresis means that once the current across the shunt falls back to a normal limit, the AD8214 output will change states to its original level.The AD8214 is available in an 8-lead MSOP package.
