The ADXL203 is a high precision, low power, complete dual-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs, all on a single, monolithic IC. The ADXL203 measures acceleration with a full-scale range of ±1.7 g, ±5 g, or ±18 g. The ADXL203 can measure both dynamic acceleration (for example, vibration) and static acceleration (for example, gravity).The typical noise floor is 110 μg/√Hz, allowing signals below 1 mg (0.06° of inclination) to be resolved in tilt sensing applications using narrow bandwidths (<60 Hz). The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer using Capacitor CX and Capacitor CY at the XOUT and YOUT pins. The HMC851LC3C is a XOR/XNOR gate function designed to support data transmission rates of up to 28 Gbps, and clock frequencies as high as 28 GHz. The HMC851LC3C also features an output level control pin, VR, which allows for loss compensation or for signal level optimization.All input signals to the HMC851LC3C are terminated with 50 Ohms to ground on-chip, and may be either AC or DC coupled. The differential outputs of the HMC851LC3C may be either AC or DC coupled. The ADF7020-1 is a low power, highly integrated FSK/ GFSK/ ASK/ OOK/ GOOK transceiver designed for operation in thelow UHF and VHF bands. The ADF7020-1 uses an externalVCO inductor that allows users to set the operating frequencyanywhere between 135 MHz and 650 MHz. Using the divide-by-2circuit allows users to operate the device as low as 80 MHz.The typical range of the VCO is about 10% of the operatingfrequency. The HMC439QS16G(E) is a digital phase-frequency detector intended for use in low noise phase-locked loop applications for inputs from 10 to 1300 MHz. The ADG5412/ADG5413 contain four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG5412 switches turn onwith Logic 1. The ADG5413 has two switches with digital controllogic similar to that of the ADG5412; however, the logic is invertedon the other two switches. Each switch conducts equally well inboth directions when on, and each switch has an input signalrange that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signallevels up to the supplies are blocked.The ADG5412 and ADG5413 do not have a VL pin. The digitalinputs are compatible with 3 V logic inputs over the full operatingsupply range.The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analog inputrange, which ensures good linearity and low distortion whenswitching audio signals.
