The ADuM5401 / ADuM5402 / ADuM5403 / ADuM5404 arequad-channel digital isolators with isoPower®, an integrated,isolated dc-to-dc converter. The ADuM120N/ADuM121N1 are dual-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 3 ns at 5 V operation. Channel matching is tight at 3.0 ns maximum.The ADuM120N/ADuM121N data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3 kV rms (see the Ordering Guide). The ADXL367 is an ultralow power, 3-axis microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) accelerometer that consumes only 0.89 ?A at a 100 Hz output data rate and 180 nA when in motion-triggered wake-up mode. Unlike accelerometers that use power duty cycling to achieve low power consumption, the ADXL367 does not alias input signals by undersampling, but samples the full bandwidth of the sensor at all data rates.The ADXL367 always provides 14-bit output resolution. 8-bit formatted data is offered for more efficient single-byte transfers when a lower resolution is sufficient. 12-bit formatted data is also provided for ADXL362 design compatibility.
