The ADA4528-1/ADA4528-2 are ultralow noise, zero-drift operational amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing. With an offset voltage of 2.5 μV, offset voltage drift of 0.015 μV/°C, and typical noise of 97 nV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz, AV = +100), the ADA4528-1/ADA4528-2 are well suited for applications in which error sources cannot be tolerated.The ADA4528-1/ADA4528-2 have a wide operating supply range of 2.2 V to 5.5 V, high gain, and excellent CMRR and PSRR specifications, which make it ideal for applications that require precision amplification of low level signals, such as position and pressure sensors, strain gages, and medical instrumentation.The ADA4528-1/ADA4528-2 are specified over the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADuM4154 is an SPIsolator™ digital isolator optimized for a serial peripheral interface (SPI) that includes support for up to four slave devices. Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology, the low propagation delay and jitter in the CLK, MO/SI, MI/SO, and SS SPI bus signals support SPI clock rates of up to 17 MHz.The ADuM4154 isolator also provides a slave select multiplexing system that allows up to four slave devices to be serviced from one isolator. When a target slave is selected, the slave select signal propagates to the desired output with low propagation delay, allowing tight timing control. The isolated SSx is addressed through a 250 kbps low speed, 2-channel address bus, allowing the target slave device to be changed in as little as 2.5 μs.Applications Industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Sensor isolation 

The ADuM2200 / ADuM2201 are 2-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics that are superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices.By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers. Typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. The need for external drivers and other discrete components is eliminated with these iCoupler products. Furthermore, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one-sixth the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates.The ADuM2200 / ADuM2201 isolators provide two independent isolation channels in two channel configurations with data rates up to 10 Mbps (see the Ordering Guide). Both parts operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3.0 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems, as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. TheADuM2200 / ADuM2201 isolators have a patented refresh feature that ensures dc correctness in the absence of input logic transitions and during power-up/power-down conditions.Similar to the ADuM3200 / ADuM3201 isolators, the ADuM2200 / ADuM2201 isolators contain various circuit and layout enhancements that provide increased capability relative to system-level IEC 61000-4-x testing (ESD, burst, and surge). The precise capability in these tests for either the ADuM3200 / ADuM3201 or ADuM2200 / ADuM2201 products is strongly determined by the design and layout of the user’s board or module. The AD842 is a member of the Analog Devices, Inc. family of wide bandwidth operational amplifiers. This device is fabricated using the Analog Device junction isolated complementary bipolar (CB) process. This process permits a combination of dc precision and wideband ac performance previously unobtainable in a monolithic op amp. In addition to its 80 MHz gain bandwidth product, the AD842 offers extremely fast settling characteristics, typically settling to within 0.01% of final value in less than 100 ns for a 10 V step.The AD842 also offers a low quiescent current of 13 mA, a high output current drive capability (100 mA minimum), a low input voltage noise of 9 nV√Hz, and a low input offset voltage (1.5 mV maximum).The 375 V/μs slew rate of the AD842, along with its 80 MHz gain bandwidth product, ensures excellent performance in video and pulse amplifier applications. This amplifier is ideally suited for use in high frequency signal conditioning circuits and wide bandwidth active filters. The extremely rapid settling time of the AD842 makes this amplifier the preferred choice for data acquisition applications requiring 12-bit accuracy. The AD842 is also appropriate for other applications, such as high speed DAC and ADC buffer amplifiers and other wide bandwidth circuitry.
